The NHH-Board
Female Representatives
Stella Færøy Klivnoy

Hi! My name is Stella, I’m 23 years old and a fourth-year student. This semester I’m working in Stockholm, and being away has really reminded me how much NHH – and especially the student association – means to me.
Over the years, I have been broadly involved in NHHS, from sports teams and subcommittees to major projects. Last year, I served on the Executive Board as Head of Corporate Relations and Communication, which has given me valuable insight into how decisions are made and how they impact students.
I am running as the female representative because I want to contribute to an even better student experience. For me, it is crucial that decisions made by the NHH Board are communicated clearly, transparently, and well in advance. I also want to ensure that involvement in the student association is better recognized, for example through academic flexibility and the potential to earn credits.
At the same time, I will promote initiatives that support students’ mental health and continue advocating for more study spaces.
NHH should not only be academically excellent – it should also be the place where we create our best memories.
Mathilde Eikestad

My name is Mathilde Eikestad (22), and I am currently in my third year at NHH. I am deeply passionate about student welfare, both academically and socially, and have been actively engaged in student life since day one.
Throughout my time at NHH, I have contributed through roles in NHHS and NHH, including the Student Political Committee (SPU), the Financial Board, Vaktkorpset, K7 Minutter, and UKEN. I have also served as a “class representative” for all three years, been a member of an institute board, and represented students in the Employment Committee.
These experiences, combined with my strong commitment to NHH and its student community, motivate me to represent your voice towards the NHH Board. I aim to communicate clearly with the administration and ensure student perspectives are considered in all decisions.
My focus areas include:
- Improving communication about study spaces
- Strengthening collaboration between NHH and NHHS
- Supporting the development of the BEDS Master’s program
- Exploring extended library opening hours.
Feel free to contact me if you have questions or want to chat (+4795481285)!
Male Representatives
Emil Dehlin Hansen

I am running for the NHH Board because I want to contribute to the work carried out at the highest decision-making level of the school. For me, it is important that students are always at the center as NHH continues to develop. I believe the school still has room to improve in how we facilitate student life, and that is something I want to help influence.
Through, among other things, 1.5 years in the UKEN board as Head of Events, my role as Head of Events in NHH Aid, and experience as a representative in the Armed Forces, I have gained solid experience working for a community. As a person, I am not afraid to speak up, while also being committed to listening and understanding different perspectives before taking action.
I want to be a visible and accessible representative who lowers the threshold for bringing student matters to the board. At the same time, I will work to strengthen the leadership’s understanding of the value of the student association and ensure that campus continues to develop into an even better place both to study and to engage.
Knut Visdal

I grew up in Skjåk, a small village of 2,000 people in the Norwegian mountains. I came to NHH without knowing anyone in Bergen, without a network, without a clear path forward. I found that here and will fight for others to find it too.
Five years at NHH, through Kjernestyret in NHHS and the board of Sammen, have given me insight into how this institution works and where student voices matter. Experiences abroad– studying at NUS and engaging with the academic culture around Stanford and San Francisco showed me what bold institutions look like: dynamic collaboration with industry, creative teaching and assessment, and active technology adoption.
I want an NHH that dares to:
• Listen: a board that treats students and the student association as a genuine partner from the start.
• Innovate: technology as a tool for interactive, personalised and engaging learning.
• Compete internationally: just as on the running track, we should regularly beat BI in the rankings.
When students feel seen and experience mastery, better mental health follows. That is the recipe. I am ready to fight for it.
Andreas Are Madsen

My name is Andreas Are Madsen, and I am running as the male representative for the NHH-Board. Through my previous roles as leader of the Project Group and Bachelor Representative in the Student Political Committee, I have contributed to improving student life at NHH through social events and work related to teaching and the learning environment. These roles have largely focused on day-to-day operations, but I now wish to contribute more to the long-term development of NHH and NHHS.
As a student representative, I have two main goals. First, I want to improve communication with the student body. The matters discussed in board meetings can affect current students, and I therefore believe it is highly important that all students have access to information about these issues.
Second, I want to strengthen collaboration between student representatives across different boards and committees. For the student voice to have real impact, we must stand united.
Starting at NHH was the best decision I have made, and I hope I can help ensure that future students have the same experience.
Male Deputy
Mathias Torjussen Gjone

I am running for male deputy on the NHHS board because I want to contribute where it actually counts. The board is where real decisions are made about student life at NHH, and student representation there should be taken seriously, not treated as a box to check.
As a deputy, the job is to be prepared, engaged, and ready to step in fully when needed. I intend to do exactly that. I will follow what is happening on the board, stay informed on the issues that affect students, and be an active participant rather than a passive backup.
Being a representative means showing up with a constructive perspective and making sure the students I represent have a real voice in the room.
NHH has been a good place to study. Running for this position is my way of contributing something back in a concrete and meaningful way.
The Club and Culture Committee (KKU)
Blokk: Baradox

We want Kjelleren to be something more than just the venue for big events; we also want it to thrive on weekdays and after lectures. A place where students across all of NHH can catch up, see familiar faces, grab a beer and contribute to building the student community that makes NHH so special. We therefore need to think outside the box, and make «Klubben» more appealing and relevant for today’s students, so that it becomes a place where people want to be.
At the same time, we’re committed to preserving the traditions that make Kjelleren so unique. The work that the previous board have put in, does not go unnoticed and we want to honor their dedication by carrying on these traditions. Additionally, it’s important that we secure a strong collaboration within the board, and across the other «Kjeller» groups. We belive that together, we can create an even better offering for everyone who loves «Kjelleren», whether you’re part of KKU, helping out behind the bar, a frequent guest, or someone who just drops by now and then.
BARadox 2026 is a block with diverse experience from across the student organization. We share a genuine motivation to contribute and a strong enthusiasm for what we do. Now, we hope for the opportunity to build on what Kjelleren already is and help shape what it can become.
Leader
Selma Teslo Berge

I am running for leader of KKU because I care deeply about Kjelleren and the unique environment we, together with the wider student body, have built. Kjelleren plays an impportant role in the NHH community, and what we have here is truly special. I am inspired by the dedication students put into this community and the joy it creates across the entire school. I want to help ensure that this continues and grows even stronger.
As a leader, I will be a reliable support for the board, promoting strong collaboration, clear structure, and steady progress. I also want to strengthen cooperation between the Kjeller groups. This requires open communication, inclusion, new ideas, and making it fun to contribute.
Kjelleren runs on passion, and that is exactly what I will bring every single day.
Financial Manager
Jonas Tysnes-Nielsen

Bar Manager
Frida Catharina Mitlid

I am running because I want to help preserve everything that makes Kjelleren special, while also contributing to its continued development. As Bar Manager, I would work to ensure a good and varied selection, student-friendly prices, and a bar operation that is both efficient and sustainable. I also want to strengthen the collaboration between the bar, students, and the different groups that make Kjelleren what it is. By maintaining structure, reducing waste, and keeping a close eye on logistics and inventory, I hope to help Kjelleren remain one of NHH’s most important social arenas.
Personnel Manager
Aurora Malthe-Sørenssen

As the personnel manager, I aim to continue the utkom system by streamlining shift schedules and ensuring that everyone that has the opportunity to participate. My goal is for the shifts to not only function well organizationally, but also be a positive and social experience. In particular, I want first-year students to have a great first impression of «Kjelleren», as the utkom shift often is their first encounter with the student community here.
To enhance the experience for everyone, I will focus on ensuring sufficient staffing so that shifts are less stressful and more enjoyable. At the same time, I will work internally with KKU to create a schedule that is both clear and flexible, making it easier to swap shifts when needed. Effective communication is key, and I will ensure that shift information is shared in a way that encourages people to participate.
Venue Manager
William Uhre-Aas

PR Manager
Marius Berdal Hvidsten

The student association plays a central role in shaping everyday life at NHH. From creating social arenas to bringing students together across studies and interests. Being part of this environment has motivated me to run for PR Manager at KKU. I want to make sure that what we do reaches more students, and that our events feel relevant, exciting and worth showing up for. Good PR is not just about visibility, but about creating interest and making people want to be involved. As PR manager, I want to make our communication sharper and more engaging, while still keeping it simple and easy to follow. I am interested in finding new and creative ways to promote what we do, without overcomplicating it. At the same time, I want to work closely with other committees and groups to make sure we reach more students and create more engagement around our events.
Event Coordinator
Marte Gotteberg Holøyen

A new term is approaching, and I am excited about the opportunity to shape the social experience at Klubben. As Head of Culture, I want to build on what already works well while also bringing in new ideas that make our community even more engaging.
My goal is to create events that people genuinely look forward to, both large and small, and to strengthen the sense of belonging across years and programs. I want to make it easier for everyone to take part and feel included, whether you are new or have been here for a while. By focusing on accessibility, variety, and good collaboration, I hope to contribute to a culture where more people get involved and where student life feels both social and meaningful.
Student Political Committee
Leader
Daniel Lund Imani

Hi!
I would like to announce my candidacy for leader of the Student Political Committee. The reason I am running is that I have had an educational and motivating year on the board as Head of Information and Social Affairs, and I am eager to continue contributing to the development of SPU.
If I am given the trust to lead the organization, I will work to increase the visibility of SPU and strengthen the engagement of our current members. I will also aim to ensure that even more members of NHHS take advantage of the opportunity to participate in our General Meetings, where we make the major political decisions that we represent both externally and internally.
Outside of SPU, I have experience from politics as an active and elected representative. I have been a member of The Student Parliament at UiB, as well as a delegate and later a member of the Control Committee in The Welfare Council. This experience has given me a strong understanding of political processes, organizational work, and responsible leadership.
Best of luck in the election!
Head of International Cooperation
Mathias Brokhaug Gabrielsen

Since starting at NHH, I have been actively involved in student politics through the Student Political Committee. Through this, I have gained experience with both representation and coordination, which I believe is relevant for this role.
I am also interested in international cooperation, which is reflected in my involvement in YATA Bergen, where international relations and collaboration are central themes. In addition, I participated in an ENGAGE.EU study tour last autumn, which gave me a good impression of the academic and social value of the ENGAGE.EU alliance.
I will bring energy, initiative, and a structured approach to the role, and I am motivated to contribute to further developing NHHS’ international engagement.
Stafettkomiteen NHHS
Blokk: Pareto Pace
Our group name Pareto Pace is inspired by the idea of Pareto optimality. We will do our best to make improvements that don’t come at the expense of others – a pace that works so well for everyone that changing it would only make things worse for someone else.
Head of Stafettkomiteen
Svein-Ivar Ånesland

This role is not only about taking responsibility, but also about carrying on a long-lasting tradition that has been built over time. I have great respect for the work done by previous bords and what they have accomplished. I aim to build on what has worked well and see to improve where improvement is needed.
Head of Finance / Deputy head of Stafettkomiteen
Camilla Aasheim

In the role of Head of Finance, I hope to develop a deeper understanding of the financial management and the funding of both Stafettkomiteen and BBL. I am very motivated to take on this role and the responsibilities it entails.
In addition, I really enjoy running and would like to spread the joy of it to others. I hope to contribute to making both the training sessions and the relay more inclusive, and to inspire more people to participate, regardless of their level.
Head of Marketing
Oliver Eide

I am running for Head of Marketing in «Stafettkomiteen» to contribute to the offering of an open group at NHHS. I hope to contribute both administratively and by creating experiences, engagement and inclusion.
Head of Training
Martin Ravnberg

I have strong experience with planning and executing training programs, and I understand the importance of adapting sessions to different levels. My goal is to ensure both progression for experienced runners and a welcoming environment for beginners. Equally important to me is building a positive team culture where people feel motivated, included, and excited to participate.
Through my studies at NHH and involvement in student organizations, I have developed strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to take initiative. I take responsibility seriously and always follow through on my commitments.
This role is a unique opportunity to combine my passion for running with creating value for others. I am excited about the possibility to contribute to Stafkom and NHHS.
Head of Track
Jakob Sunde Nielsen

Head of Internal Affairs
Filip Framstad

As a non-competitive runner, my main focus when running has largely been the social aspect. This has brought me a lot of joy and many new friendships. I therefore want to make it easier for more people at NHH to have the same experience. By organizing snacks and light meals, I hope to motivate ALL runners to join Stafkom’s weekly sessions!
Head of Website
Hannah Syrdal Øen

I would like to apply for the role of website manager for the relay comittee because I enjoy running and want to contribute to a positive environment around the activity. Having participated in the training sessions myself, I experienced the group as inclusive and welcoming, which I believe is important to maintain. I would like to help highlight this engagement through the website and make information easily accessible for everyone interested.
