The Executive Board
Independent candidates
President
Mathilde Eikestad

Hi! My name is Mathilde Eikestad, and I am running for President of the Executive Board 2026!
NHHS captured my heart from day one at NHH, and over the years I’ve been lucky to experience its incredible community and spirit. Now I want to give back to the association, and make sure everyone in NHHS gets the same opportunity to experience that sense of belonging.
As President, I have three main goals: My first goal is to improve the flow of communication within the organization. I will take an active role in shaping NHHS’s new website, and ensure that the transition process runs as smoothly as possible. My second goal is to continue the work of making NHHS an inclusive community where everyone who wishes to participate feels welcome. I want to strengthen smaller groups by exploring the possibility of continuous recruitment. Finally, I want future elections to be shaped by the will of the majority, not by tradition. I believe NHHS should have the courage to bring the discussion about election processes back to the table.
Head of Operations
Alexandra Eriksen

My name is Alexandra Eriksen, I am 23 years old, and I am a fifth year student. During my four years at NHH, I have been involved in the student association in many different ways, but I have dedicated most of my time to technical and operational work to ensure that events in the Basement and Aula run smoothly on the technical side. I have seen what works well and what could be improved – and it is this insight that has motivated me to run for Head of Operations of the Executive Board 2026.
I want the campus and NHHS facilities to be places where students want to spend time, outside of the study hall and the library. To achieve this, we need to create a more inclusive environment, make better use of spaces and capacities, and make NHHS areas more attractive for the students. This requires careful planning and strong collaboration across all levels, and I am highly motivated to contribute to this work.
Milan Kløve

Dear reader,
After spending nearly seven (7) semesters in NHHS, I have taken the bold step of running alone for the Executive Board. It feels a little scary, but also like an exciting challenge!
I have always admired people who are selfless and put the community before themselves. Such people may be rare in general, but they are easy to find in NHHS! With great humility, I now ask for your trust in carrying this spirit forward.
As Head of Operations, my goal is to work for your interests – whether it’s something as simple as a pre-party in the basement, or a larger event.
Head of HR
Kasper Eikefet Knudsen

When I started at NHH, I wasn’t sure I’d chosen the right program, the right school, or even the right city, and 19-year-old Kasper had no idea how important NHHS would become to him in the years ahead. NHHS has given me countless experiences, challenges and, most of all, friends for life, a welcoming, warm, and active student association for everyone.
My motivation for running for Head of HR is to care for NHHS’s most important resource, its people. I want to be a clear, accessible, and trustworthy resource for the association, making it easy for anyone who wants to contribute to do so, encouraging people to try and learn, and ensuring good communication and mutual understanding.
I’m running for Head of HR to put people first, make NHHS even more inclusive and easy to engage with, and help move Norway’s best student association forward.
Blokk: OlympiKS

We are OlympiKS, a motivated team of eight students with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and skills. What unites us is our strong commitment to the student community and our shared goal of making NHHS a place where everyone feels welcome. With this in mind, we want to carry the torch forward and take the student association to new heights!
We aim to strengthen the unity within NHHS through clear communication and open events that lower the threshold for participation. In this way, we can create an environment where everyone who wants to get involved has the opportunity to do so – no one should be left on the sideline.
It’s important to us to be a Executive Board that stands together with the students. For us, the role is about being present where student life actually happens – in the hallways, in the basement, in the library, and in the coffee line. That’s where we meet you, listen, and truly understand what everyday life in NHHS feels like for you.
For many, the student association can seem large and a bit overwhelming. That’s why we believe it’s important to share what’s happening, who’s doing what, and what opportunities are available. By doing so, it becomes easier to find your place and get involved in NHHS.
We are ready to take on the challenges ahead and look forward to meeting you at our stand. Your vote for OlympiKS is a vote for community, growth, and an even better NHHS.
President
Martin Liset Hallseth

During my three years at NHH, I have experienced how unique and valuable our student association truly is. In NHHS I have grown, gained important experiences, and made friends for life. Now I want to give back to the association and help move it forward. Together with OlympiKS, I will strengthen NHHS and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to participate – because we are stronger, better, together.
As President, I want an open and approachable Executive Board where all ideas and feedback are met with respect, enthusiasm, and genuine commitment. I will facilitate stronger cooperation across NHHS, so we can build on each other’s experiences and engagement.
Furthermore, one of my key priorities is to ensure the smooth implementation of the Long-Term Strategy 2026, which lays the foundation for NHHS’s continued development.
OlympiKS is ready to lift NHHS to new heights – we hope to earn your trust!
Head of Organization (Vice-President)
Per Olav Hagen Hallingstad

Hello, my name is Per Olav, and I am proud to announce my candidacy for Head of Organization with the OlympiKS blokk. Over the last four years, NHHS has become my second home. I have gained lifelong friendships and an immense joy from contributing to groups such as it.gruppen, K7 Minutter, Teknisk Gruppe, and Kontrollutvalget. I have learned that NHHS is more than just an association, it is a unique playground with endless possibilities.
My motivation is to help others have the same experience, and to achieve this, I will continue to build a solid and well-functioning foundation for the association. As Head of Organization, I will use my experiences to further optimize our internal systems and intranet to ensure better information flow and easier access to our digital resources. This will make it easier for everyone to contribute, throughout the entire association.
I promise to be an approachable and trustworthy resource for the entire student association. Together with the rest of OlympiKS, we can continue to build an inclusive and engaging student environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed. Happy voting!
Head of Student Politics
Johanne-Marie Haanes

Hi! My name is Johanne-Marie, and I am a third-year student at NHH. I am running for Head of Student Politics together with the great and motivated team in the Olympiks block.
Since I started at NHH in the fall of 2023, NHHS has been a significant part of my life. Over the past two years, I have had the pleasure of being active in different parts of the student association, which has given me great friends, memories, and valuable experience. Most of all, it has been rewarding to serve as a student representative and work for our common interests.
From the very beginning, I have been committed to making sure the leadership listens to the students. I have worked on issues related to the learning environment, ranging from more study spaces and better facilitation to more student-active teaching. The learning environment is crucial for us, and I will continue to work actively to ensure it stays strong.
Through many years in youth politics, I have learned how to reach decision-makers and create effective channels for student involvement. I will work to ensure that students’ voices are always heard, and for a visible, inclusive, and accessible student democracy where everyone has real influence.
Good luck with the election!
Head of Financial Affairs
Magnus Halse

Hi! My name is Magnus, and I’m excited to share that I’m running for the position of Head of Financal Affairs in the Executive Board! Since starting at NHH in the fall of 2022, the student association has been a central and important part of my student life.
I’ve been particularly engaged in the finance function of NHHS and have been active in the Accounting Group from the very beginning. I’ve also had the pleasure of serving on the board as Controller, and contributing with financial insights and analyses to the Financial Board. This experience has given me valuable understanding of how NHHS’ finances operate, what we’re good at today, and where we can improve.
As Head of Financial Affairs, I want to maximize student welfare through responsible and efficient use of funds. I also aim to continue supporting initiatives that promote inclusion and well-being, such as open events and practices. Additionally, I want to explore the implementation of a BI tool to better track our financial situation.
Head of Corporate Relations & Communication
Ylva Helena Wilisoo

When I moved from Rena to Bergen to start my studies at NHH, I didn’t know anyone and was unsure what everyday life would be like. Three years later, I look back on friendships for life, unforgettable experiences, and challenges that pushed me further than I had imagined. I have also learned how important it is to build relationships and communicate clearly so that everyone feels included. NHHS has given me a place to belong and an engagement I want to carry forward.
That is why I am running for Head of Corporate Relations & Communication in the OlympiKS blokk for the Executive Board 2026. I want to strengthen our work by sharing experiences and setting clear guidelines. I will simplify the flow of information so both small and large initiatives reach more people. At the same time, I want to further develop a professional profile where our main partners are clearly highlighted with NHHS.
With your trust, I want to give back to the community that has given me so much, and help make NHHS even more open and engaging!
Head of Events
Marte Elisabeth Kvingedal

Hi! My name is Marte, and I am thrilled to finally share my candidacy for Head of Events in the Executive Board 2026 together with OlympiKS! Ever since I started at NHH, I have truly enjoyed taking part in NHHS events, but it has brought me just as much joy to be involved in organizing them. Having helped organize everything from Avbrekk to Welcome Week has given me motivation to contribute even further!
If elected as Head of Events, I will work to strengthen and further develop the range of events in NHHS. One way I plan to do this is by expanding Avbrekk, so that students at NHH can take part in more open and free low-threshold events throughout the semester, in addition to enjoying Avbrekk during the exam period. I also want to ensure that events are characterized by high quality and strong collaboration, with clear communication and good information flow. I want organizing in NHHS to be a fun, meaningful, and valuable experience for everyone involved. Wishing you a great election!
Head of Operations
Harald Hannevik

Two years ago, I began my studies at NHH. Since then, I have taken part in projects, interest groups, sports teams and subcommittees. These experiences have given me valuable skills, lasting memories and a strong drive to contribute further. That is why I am proud to announce my candidacy as Head of Operations in the OlympiKS block.
The coming year will be busy with UKEN, Bergen Challenge, the 90th anniversary and several other events. To support these, I will prioritize essential maintenance of the basement.
I also want to gather input from students about the future of the NHHS premises. Resources are limited, so it is important to focus on the measures that bring the greatest value to NHHS and reflect how students envision its use going forward.
My goal is to create the best possible conditions for engagement, experiences and community, ensuring NHHS premises remains a place we can all enjoy together.
Head of HR
Victoria Hong Fuglerud

When I first started at NHH, I didn’t know anyone and wasn’t sure if this was the right place for me. What made all the difference was the student association. Through my involvement in NHHS, I’ve gained experience, taken on responsibility, and created memories I’ll never forget. Most importantly, I’ve found friendships and a community that made NHH so much more than just a place to study. I also know not everyone feels the same way, and that is one of the reasons I’m running for Head of HR in OlympiKS.
In this role, I want to be visible and approachable, someone students feel comfortable turning to with anything they need. I also want to make sure that more students know about the support services available, and ensure that seeking help feels natural and accessible.
Safety and well-being begin from day one. That’s why I want recruitment week to feel inclusive and fair, helping students find their place in NHHS.
At the end of the day, NHHS is about the people, and it is you I want to represent!
NHH-Symposiet
Blokk: SYMPERION

We are SYMPERION!
An engaged and passionate group determined to take the NHH Symposium to new heights. Our
team combines students with previous Symposium experience and those joining for the first
time. This unique mix gives us both valuable lessons from the past and fresh perspectives to
think differently and leave our mark on the NHH Symposium 2027.
We are running for the board with the ambition to create a truly unforgettable conference. Our
goal is to strengthen the international perspective and provide the business community with
insights into the issues we believe must be on tomorrow’s agenda.
Equally important, we want NHH students to feel that it is a Symp semester. Through inspiring
lectures, engaging workshops, and the process of shaping the conference itself, we want to offer
every student the chance to be part of something greater – an experience that develops them
academically and socially while creating friendships, networks, and memories for life.
Our vision is to make the NHH Symposium a platform for insight, debate, and exchange of ideas
that highlights NHH internationally as well as nationally. By strengthening existing partnerships
and creating new collaborations, we will enhance the school’s international profile.
SYMPERION seeks to create clarity in chaos – a forum for solutions and deeper understanding
in a rapidly changing world. We will address global challenges and foster a meeting place where
the business community can gain fresh perspectives across borders. No question is too big, and
everything belongs on the agenda.
We hope you will trust us to carry the torch forward!
President
Marius Alexander Karlsen

As a first-year student, I joined the extended-board of SYMP25. This provided invaluable learning, insights, and memorable events – in true NHH-style! The NHH-Symposium’s mission is to create a conference organized by students for the business-world. The road to that goal is long and unpredictable, but also quite exciting.
I present myself with a clear vision and some experience, ready to lead a strong and motivated team with a burning ambition to organize the NHH-Symposium 2027. My aim is to contribute to more than just another conference. We’ll build an arena that draws attention far beyond NHH’s walls, proving that NHH remains at the forefront of economics, strategy, and business.
Equally important is the community the Symposium fosters. Across classes/sports-teams/interest-groups, students come together and form bonds that last a lifetime. If entrusted with the leader-position, I will make it a priority to unite our school, cultivate the Symp-spirit, and create an inclusive environment. The path ahead may be uncertain, but one thing is certain: we will have fun, build networks, and sacrifice a sheet or two in a hell of a Toga-party.
Head of Financial Affairs
Falk Jacobsen

So, it is with great enthusiasm that I am running for the position of Deputy Leader and Head of Finance for NHH-Symposiet 2027!
Through my previous positions in the student organization, I am well prepared to take on all the tasks that come with this responsibility. I am passionate about creating positive financial results and want to ensure that the organization can both share the benefits of its profits and manage its funds in a way that allows us to reach further and make an even greater impact.
The previous Head of Finance built a strong foundation for success, and if you place your trust in me, I will build on that base, use every opportunity to its fullest, and give my very best in both roles.
Head of Communications
Léon Brudi

NHH-Symposium is truly something special! I have been fortunate to experience it from the inside, both as a middle manager in 2023 and as a group leader in 2025. I have seen how much the student community means for creating something truly unique. With this experience as my motivation, I am now running as a candidate for Head of Events at the NHH-Symposium 2027.
I have seen firsthand how much goes on behind the scenes, and how crucial it is that we as students work towards the same goal to create a unified and memorable experience. For me, events are not just about logistics and planning, but also about bringing people together and creating moments that feel professional and meaningful, both for the participants and for everyone involved. As Head of Events, I will ensure that the details enhance the whole, and that together we deliver a conference that inspires and leaves a lasting impression.
I will put my passion and drive into creating a conference we can all be proud of. I hope to earn your trust.
Head of Program
Olivia Jørgensen

The NHH Symposium has been a highlight for me in the student association, both in terms of learning and friendship. The engagement is truly unique, and I want to experience it again while ensuring that others have the opportunity to do so as well. It is therefore with great enthusiasm that I am running for Head of Program for the NHH Symposium 2027.
As Deputy Head of Sales for Symp25, I gained valuable insight into what it takes to attract participants. I will draw on this experience in the program work, where I, together with the upcoming Program section, will set the theme and direction for Symp27.
As Head of Program, I aim to build on the international profile of this year’s conference while introducing new perspectives and debates. My goal is to make Symp27 a conference that not only informs but also involves, where interactivity drives engagement. I also aim to strengthen communication from the Program section to ensure that all “sympsjonærer” feel ownership of the program.
I look forward to this journey and hope you will give me the opportunity!
Head of HR
Oda Lund

During the Symposium 2025, I was one of many students on exchange longing to take part in the work – and, not least, in the unique sense of community!
That’s why I am THRILLED to announce my candidacy as Head of HR for the NHH Symposium 2027!
I aim to cultivate a transparent and inclusive culture, where every Symposium member feels a sense of ownership and belonging – because the Symposium should be a community that embraces everyone. In addition to continuing major events like SVL, I will also facilitate even more low-threshold gatherings where relations can be built across year groups and departments. Furthermore, I will ensure allergy-friendly options, so that all Symposium members feel cared for and welcome!
As an active member of NHHS and someone who’s deeply aware of what the student association has meant to me, I’m excited to help create an inclusive environment that gives both new and returning students the same positive experiences I’ve had!
Head of Sales
August Ringkjøb Torrissen

It is with great enthusiasm and humility that I put myself forward as a candidate for Head of Sales of the NHH-Symposium 2027. Having been lucky enough to experience the “Symp-spirit” twice already, I know firsthand the energy, dedication, and community that make this conference truly unique. It gives me butterflies just thinking about it—and an enormous motivation to, this time, be part of the journey from the very beginning!
Through the Symposium, I have met countless passionate students who have elevated the conference to an impressive level. This is a tradition I want to continue, while also joining forces with the rest of the board to take both the experience and the conference itself to new heights.
As Head of Sales, my ambition is clear: to fill the hall to the brim with engaged and relevant participants. The business community has many conferences to choose from, but together with the Symperion team and other talented students, I will work tirelessly to ensure that the NHH-Symposium is the natural first choice in 2027!
Head of Corporate Relations
Stine Eide

Symposiet 2025 was an unparalleled experience, an arena where I could grow both academically and socially. It is a journey I am eager to take part in once again.
That is why I am running for the position of Head of Partnerships for NHH-Symposiet 2027. In this role, I want to strengthen our existing relationships while building new ones that will secure the foundation for another remarkable conference. Our partners have time and again enabled Symposiet to flourish, and I am committed to ensuring this continues in 2027.
But partnerships go beyond the corporate world, they also include us, the students. I want to encourage collaboration across the student body, develop initiatives such as Nordic Prospects, and ensure NHH-Symposiet is known at universities far beyond Norway. The Student Symposium is another initiative I am passionate about, where no question is too big and everything can be put on the agenda.
I look forward to the opportunity to work closely with partners and fellow students, shaping NHH-Symposiet 2027 into an arena of dialogue, inspiration, and collaboration.
Head of Events
Mathilde Kringstad

The Business Committee
Head of the Business Committee (NU)
Adrian Rosenløw Eeg

At NHH, we are fortunate to be highly sought after by the business community and to receive frequent visits from companies. This is a privilege we cannot take for granted. I believe the Business Committee should work actively to renew itself and continuously ensure that we provide added value for the companies that want to visit us. I want to help NU continue to be a proud face outward toward the business world, while remaining humble in our responsibility to manage this collaboration. I will work for a Business Committee that continues to build bridges between the business community and NHH in a way that makes our fellow students proud. I don’t have all the answers, but I want to be a team leader for a board that welcomes change and new ideas and inspires others. I believe that together, we can create the drive to turn our visions and ideas into action.
Leader of the Career Fairs (KD)
Kristian Elias Anke Koppang

Why I Want to Run for the Role as Leader of “Karrieredagene 2026”
I am a person who loves to be in control — both of the things that I am involved in and the things that affect me. I enjoy taking on leadership roles. I learned a lot from beeing head of event in AID, which I really enjoyed, and I want to use my experience to find the best working partners.
Being the leader of KD is a fantastic opportunity to continue developing my leadership abilities, gain more experience as a leader, and take charge of a project that will be rewarding not only for me, but for the entire school.
I want to be visible and show face. At the same time, I am looking for a real challenge. I enjoy working with others, and I am motivated by the idea that the effort we put in will benefit everyone.
I am goal-oriented and highly solution-focused. I love to set the bar high. Socially I’ve gotten to know my class very well, and I want to build a strong team that is motivated, engaged, and eager to make KD 2026 a real success.
Amaia Nordang Fleischer

I am highly motivated to become the leader of Karrieredagene 2026 for several reasons.
First and foremost, I see building connections, networks, and trust between students and companies in the business world as extremely valuable—something I am willing to work hard to help create.
I have previous leadership experience as a student council president, class representative, and, most notably, as a unit representative in the Navy. These roles, combined with my natural inclination toward responsibility, make me both well-suited for this position and deeply motivated to take it on.
Finally, I want to highlight that I love working with people and believe my enthusiasm can be a strong driving force for the event. Karrieredagene is a serious, professional, and inspiring initiative that spreads knowledge, experience, and—perhaps most importantly—sparks curiosity and motivation among students in Bergen.
Leading this project would not only be a personal challenge but also an opportunity to contribute to something that truly matters to the student community. I aim to shape the vision for 2026, build a strong and motivated team, and ensure a memorable and meaningful event.
AID
Leader
Marthine Strømnes

During Aksjonsuken, I gained valuable experience in leadership and organisation. In a short period of time, I have also learned a great deal about UNICEF’s important work, and I hope to contribute to further developing NHH Aid by combining student engagement with a purpose that makes a real difference. I am particularly motivated by the opportunity to help give children new opportunities through promoting education, as I believe education is one of the most important tools we have in the fight against poverty.
Deputy Leader
Peder Klevjer Aasebø

My motivation for the position as deputy Leader for NHH Aid comes from the opportunity of being deputy leader in the “NHH action week” 2025. It was extremely motivating, challenging but most of all rewarding. I got to know the NHHS-system, and I loved being a part of it, even though it was difficult at times. I want to continue the work in NHH Aid and lay the way for the next year’s program, so that it becomes easier and also increases the income to the important task at hand, the education for Malawi-program we support in collaboration with UNICEF.
Financial Manager and Head of Internal Affairs
Fredrik Elsebutangen

I would like to confirm my candidacy for the position of Financial Manager at NHH Aid. I am eager to take on this challenge and to build on the important work we have already begun, particularly in connection with Aksjonsuken 2025. I also look forward to learning more about the important work that UNICEF is conducting in Malawi.
Information Manager
Fredrik Espedal Jensen

I am running for Head of Information. I want to build on the good work we have done, and further improve our information distribution – both inside and outside of NHH Aid.
Event Manager
Kristian Elias Anke Koppang

Why I wanted to become the event manager of AID.
I wanted to become responsible for events because I enjoy working with others on challenging tasks.
It was really cool to work as part of a team and to help plan one of the biggest events at the school this year. We were good at dividing roles and making use of all the manpower we had available.
AID was a very rewarding experience, and it was an exciting and interesting period.
Project Manager
Ane Øvrelid Solås

These past few weeks as project leader of NHH Aid has shown me how much we students can achieve together. We’ve raised funds, created engagement, and most importantly, supported UNICEF in giving children in Malawi access to education. I have been given an opportunity to build a wonderful team together with my fellow board members, and together we have learned so much about how meaningful NHH Aid’s contribution is to UNICEF, as well as how to effectively lead a group working towards one common goal. Being part of this project has been incredibly rewarding, and I’d love the chance to continue inspiring more people to join our cause.
Marketing Manager
Theodor Rivrud Godvik

I had the honor og bring chipsen as the head of corporate relations of NHH Aid 2025. Therefore i am applying for the election as a formality.
HR and Social Manager
Julia Filippa Syversen Hegg

I believe AID does incredibly important work, and I’m motivated to contribute. The opportunity to collaborate with UNICEF and see how the funds are used, as well as how we can contribute to making a difference. As HR leader, I want to help create an inclusive and welcoming environment for all students. I think it’s great that NHH Aid is for first-years students, as it gives us the chance to build strong relationships and create a positive environment from the very beginning. I’m very social and thrive when I’m around lots of different people! I also enjoy organizing different activities.
Hytteutvalget
Blokk: Kometkameratene
Leader
Mathias Torjussen Gjone

I am running for leader because I want to build on the work we have already started. Over the past year, I have gained valuable experience by being actively involved, taking responsibility, and learning what it really takes to keep things running smoothly. That experience has prepared me to take the next step.
With a mix of proven experience and genuine motivation, I am ready to take on the responsibility of leader. I believe I can bring both stability and enthusiasm to the role, and I would be honored to earn your trust.
Head of Finance
Ole Galtung Døsvig Sjøsæther

I am seeking re-election as head of finance for the board of the cabin committee in order to continue the important work already underway. The cabin faces a considerable backlog of maintenance that must be addressed as soon as possible. With clear plans, relevant experience, and strong motivation, I am confident that Kramboden will remain in safe hands with Kometkrameratene in the board of the cabin committee.
Head of Booking
Simen Falkenås

Kramboden has been an important part of the NHH student community for deacades, and I want to contribute to restoring and further developing its role as a meeting place for students.
Over the past year, two of my group members in Svæveru’ have taken admirable initiative to make Kramboden functional again. I am eager to continue this progress and ensure that the improvements are maintained and expanded. I see great potential for the cabin to once again become a hub for activity, fellowship, and traditions.
I bring with me personal experience from owning two cabins, where I have been actively involved in both summer and winter maintenance. In addition, I have participated in several cabin workdays and know the value of structured efforts, teamwork, and long-term planning.
I am highly motivated to contribute time, energy, and practical skills to secure Kramboden’s place in student life at NHH for years to come.
Head of Events
Telma Gotaas

I am running for the position of Head of events because I want to contribute to an inclusive and social environment in the cabin committee. I am passionate about creating good experiences together with others, and I am motivated by bringing people together and fostering a sense of community. In addition, I will make sure that events are both enjoyable and well-organized.
With enthusiasm, determination, and a willingness to take responsibility, I am ready to take on this role. I see this as an opportunity to learn more while also contributing to the community. It would mean a lot to have your trust in this position.
Head of PR
Athina Høvik

I would like to run for PR Manager for the cabin committee because I have worked alot with media management in previous jobs, specificly within social media. In other words, I have a lot of experience in this field and will be able to help promote Kramboden in a creative and effective way. I am motivated for the position and look forward to challenging myself in this role.
Student Political Committee
Bachelor Representative
Kaja Harestad

I find it especially interesting to take part in shaping the development of the Bachelor in Economics and Business Administration (BØA) and the Bachelor in Economics and Data Science (BEDS) programmes further. Through my studies and involvement at NHH, I have developed a genuine interest in how student voices can influence academic and social life at the school. I am structured, reliable, and enjoy working with others towards shared goals, qualities I believe are important for a Bachelor Representative.
Master Representative
Aviv Orre Benhamou

Dear fellow student.
I am running as Master Representative because I want to ensure that the voice of master’s students is clearly reflected in the development of the programs at NHH. As a representative, I want to be a clear spokesperson for the students’ needs, both academically and socially, and contribute to making everyday study more relevant, inclusive, and engaging. I want to work for better communication between students and the administration, and ensure that feedback actually leads to concrete improvements in subjects, structure, and well-being.
Throughout this semester in the role of Master Representative, I have seen that many important initiatives require time to be anchored and completed. With more time in the role, I can follow these projects further and ensure that the students’ input is actually seen and heard.
I bring with me experience from NHHS as a former class representative in the 2nd and 3rd years, and from working in several reference groups. I hope this experience makes me well equipped to represent the master’s students in a structured, listening, and proactive manner.
Welfare Policy Officer / Vice-President
Erlend Vangen

After serving as the 3rd delegate last year and as Welfare Council Representative this year — and thus having been part of the Welfare Council (VT) for two years — I’m far from running out of energy and hungry for more! I want to continue representing the diverse interests of NHH students in this large and important body.
I hope I still have your trust to represent you and ensure that Sammen and the student life experience at NHH are as well adapted as possible to you and your needs. Whether it’s good food at Sammen Café, reliable public transport, fitness and training opportunities, access to sports facilities, mental health support, or a roof over your head — both at Hatleberg and other student housing or in private accommodation. I will work to ensure that prices stay reasonable, that you know your rights, and that you get the help you need if your landlord doesn’t uphold them.
Happy voting!
Third delegate to the Welfare Parliament
Mathias Brokhaug Gabrielsen

I am highly motivated to become NHH’s third delegate to the Welfare Parliament. Although I have only been a student here for two months, I have already been deeply engaged in student life. I serve on the school’s working group for AI regulation, act as class representative for my BØA-class, and contributed to the committee that developed the new policy platform for the Student Political Council. In addition, I am the bachelor representative at the Board of the Institute of Academic Language and Intercultural Communication.
I care a lot about representing student interests and ensuring that my fellow students are heard. I am genuinely proud to study at NHH, and I would consider it a privilege to represent our institution externally in a professional and constructive way.
This position aligns well with my passion for student democracy and improving student life. I am ready to listen, discuss, and contribute actively to the Welfare Parliament on behalf of NHH.
