The Financial Board (FS) is one of NHHS’s governing bodies and has the responsibility for the long-term development of the student association. The board’s mandate is to ensure that NHHS has a sufficiently good long-term financial situation and to support the Executive Board in the work on the Long-Term Strategy. The Financial Board approves all of the association budgets, manages the financial instructions, and has decision-making power in most financial matters. The board is broadly composed with a president and vice-president, two external members, the heads of project organizations, the leaders and financial managers of the Executive Board, the leader of the Business Committee, and the leader of NHHI. Additionally, the board has a controller from the Accounting Group and a board secretary.

As an internal member of the Finance Board, one cannot hold other positions of trust within the student association. The body has a good understanding of the financial operations and structure of the student association.
