Below you will find detailed information about Welcome Week, taking place from 9–11 January 2026. Welcome Week is designed to give you a great start to your studies at NHH, both academically and socially. Throughout the week, you will receive important practical information, take part in social activities, and get the chance to meet fellow students and become familiar with the campus and student life in Bergen!

The Norwegian School of Economics Student Association (NHHS) is Norway’s most active, energetic, and vibrant student organization. NHHS is an inclusive association that embraces everyone’s interests. This diversity ensures a wide range of activities and offerings.

The opportunities include everything from a series of lectures by renowned politicians and business leaders held regularly, to concerts, UKEN, NHH Symposium, and Bergen Challenge, which take place every two years. The student association also serves as an employer for many dedicated individuals who ensure its operations run smoothly.

We offer opportunities ranging from journalism and newspaper work, film editing, project management, and event execution to consulting and humanitarian work. The possibilities are endless, and creativity abounds. New initiatives are constantly being launched for the benefit of students, the school, and Bergen alike.
