Candidates
The Executive Board
Blokk: UNO
Hi everyone! We are UNO, and we are excited to finally be able to announce our candidacy for the Executive Board of NHHS 2025!
We are eight different people from various parts of NHHS, but we share a common love for our association and wish to spend 2025 devoting our time to developing NHHS even further!
We wish to create a student community where every member feels included, supported and empowered. NHHS is more than just an associastion; it is an arena where students can come together, share experiences, and contribute to the student community.
Our first goal is to ensure that every student, regardless of background, can access the resources and support they need to succeed. UNO is here to help YOU thrive both inside and outside the auditorium.
Secondly, we wish to ensure continued focus on mental health among the students. Balancing your studies, extracurricular activities, work and everything else can take a toll on the mental state of us students. This is why it is important that this focus remains a priority.
Our third goal is to be a welcoming, approachable and trustworthy board for everyone in NHHS. If we are elected, we will support the students of NHHS by making sure that the threshold is low for talking to any one of us in UNO.
Together, we hope to create an inclusive and supportive student association that leaves a positive impact on everyone involved!
President
Mathias Weisæth
Hoi!
I’m Mathias, a 24-year-old third-year student from Trondheim, and it is with great honor that I am announcing my candidacy for President of The Executive Board in 2025!
NHHS is an important part of my daily life, and I am extremely grateful for all the experiences and friendships the student association has given me. It is because of this that I, together with the rest of UNO, want to work to ensure that all students have the opportunity to experience the same joy of NHHS.
As President, I have three main goals. First, it is important for me to represent the students in a clear way, both internally and externally. Additionally, I want to be an approachable leader who is easy to contact, whether it’s for feedback or just for a chat. Lastly, I aim to evaluate the disciplinary program and see if there is room for improvement.
I’m excited to meet YOU at our stand and at the election Q&A, where I can tell you more about mine, as well as UNO’s thoughts for 2025! Good election!
Head of Organization
Sigird Jakhelln Kjøita
Hello!
It is a true pleasure to announce that I am running for the position as Head of Organization and Vice President of The Executive Board for 2025! My name is Sigrid, and I am in my third year here at NHH!
As Head of Organization, I aim to make it even easier to get involved in NHHS. I plan to achieve this by creating a guide on how to navigate the NHHS Drive and by highlighting important documents that are necessary to reference if you want to modify or establish an NHHS group. Additionally, I want to continue the work of translating key documents into English because it’s important to me that language isn’t a barrier to engagement in NHHS.
If elected, I will also be the Vice President of NHHS, which means a big part of my daily life will be about being visible among the student body. I will greet everyone with a smile and good conversations, no matter what the issue may be.
I look forward to seeing YOU at the election Q&A and at our stand!
Head of Student Politics
Torgeir Skipenes Titlestad
Hello there!
It is with great pleasure that I announce my candidacy for the position as Head of Student Politics in The Executive Board for 2025!
My name is Torgeir, I am 21 years old and in my third year at NHH. I have taken great pleasure in being part of NHHS, a Student Association with scores of great people and fun experiences. I have developed a great interest for student politics, leading me to become an active member of the Student Committee. I am motivated to work for students both internally and externally, which is my main reason for running for Head of Student Politics.
I have three main goals as Head of Student Politics. First, I wish to create a larger, more visible, and stronger student democracy through more cooperation between the Students Committee and the Student Policy Committee. Moreover, I wish for the integration of BEDS-students, by receiving more feedback concerning their worries and challenges. Finally, I will work for earlier student inclusion in decisions affecting the learning environment at NHH.
I wish you a great election!
Head of Financial Affairs
Noah Sundt Stryken
Hello there!
It is a great honor to finally announce my candidacy for the position as Head of Financial Affairs in the Executive Board for 2025!
My name is Noah, I am 23 years old, and I am currently in my third year at NHH. During the past two years, I have gained a wide range of experiences and met a lot of committed and talented students. This experience motivates me to spend the next year contributing so that more people can find the same joy in NHHS as I have.
As Head of Financial affairs, I wish to manage the funds of NHHS responsibly, in a way that best maximizes student welfare. I believe it is important to use these resources to strengthen the open events that we have today, and make them even better. Most importantly I want to be a dependable partner for all the Heads of Financial Affairs across NHHS.
I look forward to seeing you at the stand, and at the roast-party in the Aula!
Head of Corporate Relations & Communication
Stella Færøy Klivnoy
Hello!
My name is Stella, I am 22 years old, and I am in my third year at NHH. I am excited to announce my candidacy as the Head of Corporate Relations and Communication for The Executive Board in 2025. I have enjoyed being involved in the student association at various levels, which has been a real pleasure over the past two years.
In this position I wish to build on existing agreements with our main partners and facilitate new collaborations. To support NHHS’ stakeholders, I will clarify the marketing regulations for all the relevant people. My goal is to ensure easy navigation of NHHS’ channels, enabling both internal and external parties to find necessary information. To succeed as Head of Corporate Relations and Communication within the Executive Board, I will actively collaborate with the IT Group and Corporate Relations Committee. I believe this approach can create synergies for our student organization.
I look forward to meeting you at the stand and during the election Q&A. Good election!
Head of Events
Marthe Engelstad Solstad
Hello!
It is with great pleasure that I am announcing my candidacy for the position as Head of Events in The Executive Board for 2025!
My name is Marthe, I am 21 years old, and I am currently in my third year at NHH. Over the past two years, I have had the opportunity to explore what the student association has to offer. Through my involvement in NHHS, I have been able to contribute to both large and small events, such as the 5th-year show, Welcome Week, and Avbrekk during the exam period.
As Head of Events, I aim to ensure clear communication between all parties involved in each event. Furthermore, I intend to increase the focus on mental health. I will do this by continuing Avbrekk during the exam periods, and host an event dedicated to mental health. I believe these initiatives are essential as a part of enhancing the student well-being.
I look forward to seeing you at our stand, and answering your questions during the election Q&A. Good luck with the election!
Head of Operations
Tobias Skjelbred Svendsen
Dear NHH,
My name is Tobias, I am 23 years old and in my fifth year at NHH. When I first started at NHH in 2020, my studies felt daunting and uncertain, and for a long time, I wasn’t sure if this was where I wanted to spend the next five years. Fortunately, I discovered the student association, which has made my time at NHH some of the best years of my life. Now, I want others to experience the same. That’s why I’m running for the position as Head of Operations for The Executive Board in 2025.
I believe the key to creating an inclusive environment is ensuring there are social arenas where students can thrive and make friends. I will work actively to ensure the student association develops a long-term plan for the spaces we have today, making them areas students want to use. My work will involve close collaboration with the Finance Board and the basement groups, as well as the student body in general, to create an NHHS for the future.
I look forward to seeing you at our stand!
Head of HR
Sofie Kaardal
Høyst ærede fellow students at NHH! It is with great joy and pride that I announce my candidacy for the position as Head of HR for The Executive Board in 2025.
My name is Sofie, I am 22 years old, and currently in my fourth year at NHH. The opportunity to contribute to the development of our student association, as well as working to ensure that everyone is doing well, is something I see as incredibly rewarding.
With HR as a dedicated position in the Executive Board, there is a unique opportunity to prioritize the most important aspect of the student association: the people. If I am elected, I will work to ensure that NHHS is an inclusive and fair student association where everyone feels seen and valued. I also aim to promote the HR-role as an accessible source of support for guidance and assistance.
Since the HR-position was established only a year ago, one of my key tasks will be to further develop and clarify the role. This will help ensure a positive environment and foster inclusion within NHHS.
Good election!
UKEN
Blokk: KlubbhUS
Head of UKEN
Emma Katrine Midtbø
As a fUKENsjonær in UKEN22, I made friends for life, and as Ass. Arr in UKEN24, I created memories for life. UKEN has given me a sense of achievement, confidence, and a slightly longer time as a student, but most importantly – UKEglede. Now, I’m excited to help my fellow students and the rest of Bergen experience the same joy! With great humility and enthusiasm, I’m running for the position of UKEsjef for UKEN in Bergen 2026! As UKEsjef, I want to be present as a leader who ensures nothing falls through the cracks and to be a reliable supporter and friend to all fUKENsjonærer. I aim to elevate the festival to new heights and work closely with the municipality and local partners in Bergen to bring back the UKEtelt at Koengen!
My campaign goals:
Create an inclusive environment where fUKENsjonærer from ALL faculties feel seen and valued!
Secure a dedicated budget post for UKEN within the county’s financial plan, thereby strengthening UKEN’s position in Bergen!
Bring back the UKEtelt!
Head of Revue
Arman Andreas Lange
I was fortunate enough to be part of the writing committee and perform in UKE Revue 24, which allowed me to experience many stages of the long revue process. It’s a journey filled with joy, sweat, and tears for nearly 100 people, culminating in a performance where a few get to shine on the Aula stage.
However, the revue is about more than just the final product – it brings together talented individuals from different fields to collaborate, innovate, and create something special. While the performance was fun, the process leading up to it was even better. After the lights dimmed for the last time, all I wanted was to wake up and do it all over again. I enjoyed the entire UKE Revue 24 experience so much that I now want to give back by running for Head of Revue for UKEN26.
My campaign goals:
Ensure that the revue remains the beating heart of UKEN.
Create a revue section with creative and ambitious students from all over Bergen.
Bring back the UKEtelt!
Head of PR
Sivert Sundre Abrahamsen
Yiiiha! I am running as Head of PR for UKEN26.
UKEN was the first thing that welcomed me when I arrived at NHH in the fall of 2021, as a fUKENtionary Contentcreation! I got to experience the best thing about UKEN: friends for life! I’ve now had almost a year on the board of NHHS, yet my motivation to create UKEN26 is stronger than ever. From UKEN24, I bring experiences about what to continue and how to be more effective. This is about three things: physical profiling, social media, and Bergen. Our promotional material has been upgraded, and we have to take advantage of it! As SoMe manager, I learned how we can promote ourselves in new, creative ways, more of that. At the same time, being present throughout the student community in Bergen is crucial to getting UKEN into everyone’s calendar!
My campaign goals:
Structure the PR section’s work to fit today’s digital and physical platforms.
Think creatively about how we release events and tailor strategies based on what we are promoting.
Bring back the UKEtelt!
Head of Finance
Noah Ekroll Solberg
During my two years at NHH, the student association has been an absolute highlight, bringing me immense joy through exciting positions! Now, it’s time to give back through (in my opinion) the WORLD’s coolest project: UKEN! The mandate is simple – to create as much joy as possible, and since we’re at NHH, we know that nothing spreads joy like numbers, spreadsheets, and expense reports!
I’m running for Head of Finance for UKEN26, to make sure YOU get cheap beer and unforgettable concert experiences at a reasonable price! I will do my utmost to keep full control over checklists, expenses, and, to the best of my ability, a head of events who always wants overpriced artists. With the help of XLOOKUP, SUMPRODUCT, and a solid team, I’ll help create the best UKEN ever!
My campaign goals: Build solid financial models to strengthen UKEN’s decision-making foundation through thorough risk and profitability analyses.
Find the perfect balance between cultural offerings, cheap beer, and meeting financial targets to maximize fUKENsjonær-holder value.
Bring back the UKEN tent (pending a solid risk and profitability analysis ;)).
Head of Marketing and Corporate Relations
Morten Rein
During my three years of active involvement in the student association, UKEN has been the most exciting experience! As a fUKENsjonær (volunteer) during UKEN22 and assistant sales manager during UKEN24, I gained both great memories and valuable experience. Now, I want to give back and contribute to further developing UKEN.
I see great potential for UKEN26. NHHS, UKEN, and the business world are changing, and I will focus on exploring new industries while also increasing visibility for both small and large partners. The goal is to create value through tailored offerings and well-executed concepts. For me, it is important to leverage the vast knowledge of UKEN’s partners while also promoting collaboration across sections. By initiating innovative concepts, we can ensure that UKEN remains a relevant and exciting platform for both students and partners.
My campaign goals:
Collaborate with partners from industries beyond economics and business administration, as well as local players in Bergen.
Ensure visibility for the main partners through well-executed offerings that also create added value for the students.
Bring back the UKEtelt!
Head of Information
Gunn Randi Hermansen
Ever since I started at NHH and realized how big UKEN was, I knew it was something I had to be part of! When UKEN24 announced positions for AR2, it became clear that my exchange plans had to be set aside – a decision I’ve never regretted! During UKEN24, I felt a great sense of responsibility and a unique community. I’m motivated to shape the festival from the start, and as Head of Information for UKEN26, I will strive to ensure that everyone feels the joy of UKEN!
I want to explore the possibility of creating a meeting place in the city center, and make UKEN greener than ever. Additionally, my goal is to bring back the “UKEtelt” as a priority, creating a space for everyone. I want the info section to ensure smooth communication and create an environment where everyone thrives!
My campaign goals:
Explore the possibility of establishing a meeting point in the city center to create an inclusive environment for all fUKENsjonærer.
Make UKEN greener than ever, by strengthening UKEN’s focus on sustainable solutions.
Bring back the UKEtelt!
Head of Sales
Julia Kråkenes
During my two years at NHH, I have been fortunate enough to participate in much of what NHHS has to offer. Yet, few things can compare with UKEN. The unity, joy, and engagement everyone showed are truly unique, and something I MUST experience again. I love being part of a project from start to finish, and seeing processes and ideas become reality alongside many wonderful people. UKEN is meant to be a gathering place where camaraderie and engagement can grow. Therefore, I will ensure that all fUKENsjonærer are seen and enjoy their work and the people around them, by establishing clear routines and division of labor from the start. It is with great respect for NHHS and my dear fellow students that I announce my candidacy as Head of Sales for UKEN in Bergen 2026. Together we can make Bergen’s largest venue the best again!
My campaign goals:
Ensure belonging to minimize attrition in a large section.
Expand sustainability efforts with a focus on purchasing and waste sorting, as well as optimize operations to reduce waste.
Bring back the UKEtelt!
Head of Events
Emil Dehlin Hansen
I am passionate about the UKEspirit, and after being GL Show during UKEN24, I’ve truly gotten a taste for it. Throughout two years at NHH, I’ve gained countless amazing experiences and memories for life, which has given me a strong drive to ensure others get to experience the UKEspirit.
As Head of Events for UKEN26, my focus will be thinking big when we set the program. You’ll often hear me say, ‘We need to bring back 50 Cent!’ – not necessarily that specific artist, but the point is that KlubbhUS should aim high and deliver memories that last a lifetime. I will develop new and exciting event concepts with my team, and encourage fUKENsjonærer to think outside the box to create something unique. All ideas will be welcome, and together, I want to take UKEN to a new level. I hope to be YOUR Head of Events for UKEN26!
My campaign goals:
Secure at least one major international headliner for UKEN.
Make the head of PR’s job easier with events that promote themselves.
Bring back the UKEtelt!
The Business Committee
Head of the Business Committee (NU)
Oliver Kiran Ness
Hi!
I am running for the position of leader of “Næringslivsutvalget” because I am passionate about continuing the important work of supporting the amazing contributors we have in the NU. My goal is to maintain and strengthen the strong relationships we have with our partners. At the same time, I will collaborate closely with the others in NHHS to develop new initiatives and ensure continuous improvement in our work.
I aim to build on the solid foundation already in place, while also working to make NU even more visible and accessible to both companies and students. I see this role as an exciting challenge and an opportunity to make a positive difference.
Leader of the Career Fairs
Tharald Gjelsten
I have always been motivated by doing a little extra and contributing to something more than myself. After just two months at NHH, I have been met by wonderful opportunities and people. During this year’s KD, I had the opportunity to be a host, which I really enjoyed. Being able to take part in this event and contribute to creating the year’s most important platform for networking is something I would love to do.
I have a clear vision: next year’s KD, over and beyond. By using previous successes and experiences, I promise to work actively to create a career-focused event with good opportunities for networking, while at the same time making it an including week that engages all students, both Norwegian and international.
I am structured, with a great work capacity, but most of all I am motivated to create an event for the community! With my goals, characteristics and previous experiences, I know that together we can create an event that captures the interest of every NHH student.
I hope to earn your vote!
Vuk Scepanovic
Ever since I participated as a helper during Career Fair earlier this fall, I have realized how important and valuable this event is for both students and the business community. Not only was it an incredibly exciting and cool experience, but it also gave me a much clearer understanding of the value that Career Fair brings. It was truly an eye-opener for me. The benefits I gained, especially in terms of knowledge and inspiration, were immense.
Now I want to apply for the leadership role because I genuinely have a burning desire to further develop this project and make it even bigger and more relevant for everyone involved. I will ensure that the next Career Fair offers even better opportunities to learn, network, and, most importantly, explore our career paths. I am ready and motivated to bring new energy and enthusiasm, and I hope for the opportunity to make Career Fair bigger than ever before!

Kramboden is an important part of NHHS history, and is therefore important to have an engaged and motivated group of students to take care of it. This is why I am running for Hytteutvalget – leader. I see a lot of potential in Kramboden, and I believe I can do a great job in achieving good results for both the mandatory tasks we need to do, and for other activities. It is also important for me that the other students in Hytteutvalget enjoy their positions!

Head of the Master’s Program
Casper M.B. Olsvik
Through my studies and involvement at NHH, I have developed a strong interest in improving the master’s program and contributing to an optimal learning environment for students. As the leader of NHHI Friluft, I have experience coordinating and implementing initiatives that engage students and promote community. This role has strengthened my leadership skills and my ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
As conference leader for “Vi må snakke om i morgen 2025” for the foundation Om i Morgen, I have gained valuable experience in project management, planning, and execution of large events. This has given me insight into how to create engagement around important topics and ensure that all involved parties work toward common goals.
My previous roles as project manager for BISO BI Outdoor and corporate relations manager in the Student Association for Economics and Business Administration during my bachelor’s studies have provided me with experience in external communication and collaboration with companies and organizations. I am comfortable representing student interests and communicating their needs to the administration.
I am fluent in both Norwegian and English, and my exchange experience at ZHAW School of Management and Law in Switzerland has given me an international perspective that could be valuable in the work with the master’s programs at NHH.
I am motivated to contribute to improving the experience of master’s students at NHH and to ensuring that the program continues to maintain high quality. I believe that my combination of experience, commitment, and leadership skills makes me well-suited for this role.
Head of the Bachelor’s Program
Andreas Are Madsen
Since I started at NHH, I have been a member of the Student Committee. So far, I have taken on smaller roles within the group, but now I am ready to take on more responsibility with a position that truly matters.
I am running for Bachelor Representative because I want to contribute to making the study experience for bachelor students at NHH the best it can be. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the students’ experience by ensuring that their voices are heard. I am motivated to help ensure that feedback for both bachelor programs is taken seriously and used to improve the study programs.
I am ready to be a reliable resource for both students and cohort representatives, and to ensure smooth communication between the students and the administration. By taking on the role of Bachelor Representative, I hope to contribute to a more engaging and inclusive learning environment, where students’ voices are truly heard and taken into account. I look forward to the challenges that come with this position and to making a difference for the bachelor students at NHH.
Student Political Group
Head of Welfare Policy
Erlend Vangen
Hello! My name is Erlend. I am in my second year and part of the following groups Studentpolitisk utvalg, Studentutvalget, NHHI Croquet and Direksjonsmusikken.
This year I have sat as the 3. Delegate for Velferdtinget Vest and NSO. This gives me great pleasure, enthusiasm and insight into what problems students face during their schoolday, both openly and hidden, in the long and short run. I think I can contribute a lot in the future, both through Kulturstyret and as a delegation leader to Velferdstinget Vest which rules over Sammen and takes a lot of crucial macroeconomic decisions.
I wish to be an active and enthusiastic delegation leader who inform of the important work that’s happens there, gets adopted several resolutions and other important issues for us, the students at NHH. The contact with the other educational institutions and delegates is crucial, and I look forward to continuing to make aquinteses and nurture friendship with the many people working politically for students in Bergen.
3rd delegat Welfare Council
Synne Myksvoll-Rannestad
I wish to run for the position of 3rd delegate to the Welfare Council because I have a strong passion for student politics. This role will give me the opportunity to influence student welfare even more directly than I currently can.
I have already been involved in the Welfare Council for over a year through my position in the Culture Committee, where I was elected deputy chair before the summer. Additionally, I have previously been a delegate at the National Student Organization’s General Assembly, and I would say I have in-depth knowledge of student politics in Norway, particularly in Western Norway. This provides me with a solid foundation to advocate for issues important to the institution I represent.
I believe my experience and motivation make me highly suited to fulfill this role well, and I hope to be considered for it.
Harald Christian Trasti Vestjord
I’m running to be NHH’s 3rd delegate to the Welfare Parliament and NSO, because I want to contribute to a positive study experience for myself and my fellow students, and because I believe it could be a fun and educational experience. I am in my first year at NHH and a member of the student political committee. I grew up in Tromsø, where I have a background in party politics and have had various positions, and I have long had an interest in politics. I am motivated to do a good job as a delegate and to represent the interests of NHH-students effectively.
