WINNERS OF GULLROTEN 2025
Eira Sofie Tvedten
Eira Sofie Tvedten has left a lasting mark on NHHS – both visible and behind the scenes. Throughout her time in the student association, she has demonstrated a remarkable level of dedication and passion that goes far beyond what one could expect from a single individual.
Her journey began in the Project Group, and in 2023, she took on the role as Head of Events in the Executive Board. With creativity, drive, and an impressive sense of initiative, she led several impactful projects – from the beautiful NHHS timeline in the hallway, to the event guide and the further development of Avbrekk. Her work has shaped large parts of the student experience at NHHS.
Eira has shown how innovation, courage, and learning from mistakes can drive real change. She has embraced the philosophy of the “sandbox” – to grow by trying, failing, and learning – and made sure others benefit from the lessons she’s learned along the way.
Her commitment has continued in the Financial Board, where she contributes to maintaining NHHS’s organizational strength. The full scope of her contributions is extensive, but they are all marked by an unwavering enthusiasm and an inspiring presence. Eira is always ready to help, always eager to make a difference, and has made NHHS a more welcoming and inclusive space for everyone.
Lars Ludvig Helland
Lars Ludvig Helland has made his presence felt in every corner of NHHS. From shaping the role of Board Secretary in the Financial Board, contributing to the Accounting Group, and being an active member of the Case Club, his influence spans wide.
In Vaktkorpset, Lars played a key role both socially and structurally. He was instrumental in implementing Planday, significantly improving the shift coordination within the group. He also represented Vaktkorpset in the working group for the disciplinary program, ensuring that the members’ voices were heard. As the group’s Financial Officer, he made major improvements to their financial management.
His interest in financial management continued to grow, leading him to take on the role as Head of Financial Affairs in the Executive Board. There, he has managed NHHS’s finances with great care and professionalism, playing a crucial role in improving the governance of our subsidiary companies. Known for his integrity, fairness, and grounded leadership, Lars always goes the extra mile – and those who’ve worked with him know just how dependable and driven he is.
Per Olav Hagen Hallingstad
Few have contributed as broadly and consistently to NHHS as Per Olav Hagen Hallingstad. From his first year, he was involved in both the IT Group and K7 Minutes, even helping to develop krysselisten. He later brought his technical expertise to the Technical Group and Aulaen, quickly becoming a key figure.
He has been crucial to the execution of both UKEN 24 and SYMP 25, always showing up with positivity, technical know-how, and a contagious spirit – whether it’s the middle of the day or long past midnight.
His contributions also extend to the Control Committee, where he spent two years helping ensure that NHHS operations ran smoothly and effectively. Per Olav is the kind of person who consistently lifts those around him, takes initiative without hesitation, and keeps NHHS running – both on stage and behind the scenes. There hasn’t been an Aula show in recent years that hasn’t benefitted from his presence.
