A position in NHHS is developing, educational and not least social. Theoretical knowledge from school is admittedly important, but practical experience from NHHS is extremely valuable later in life. There is a wide range of positions that can be applied for, and it is easy to find something you are interested in.
Whether you are attending your first year at NHH or are an experienced NHHS member who wants to have fun or are passionate about influencing the subjects at NHH, there is a position that is right for you! All we expect is that you want to learn something new and spend some time at the student union.
Available positions
The Executive Board
Serving on the Executive Board is one of the most unique, challenging and rewarding experiences you can have as a student at NHH. As the governing body of Norway’s most active student association, the Board ensures NHHS runs smoothly and creates the best possible conditions for all its members.
The Board manages day-to-day operations, represents NHHS nationally and internationally, and shapes major events like Welcome Week. Along the way, you will face big decisions and significant responsibility, but there’s nothing more enjoyable than creating something that brings joy to so many students.
You will work closely with seven motivated fellow students from different backgrounds, and will often find yourself in the Board’s office in the NHHS hallway. The office will feel like a second home, and the other members quickly become some of your closest friends. Diversity and teamwork is key here, and the more perspectives around the table, the better decisions the board makes for NHHS.
On the Board, you will play a central role in decision-making, from launching new projects to representing student interests to the leadership at NHH. It’s a steep learning curve, but presents one of the best chances to grow while studying at NHH. Along the way, you can expect to build valuable skills in leadership, organization, critical thinking, and public speaking that will benefit you long after your time at NHH.

Do you want to embark on one of the biggest challenges of your student life? Could you imagine yourself leading others, taking responsibility, and making important decisions? If so, you should consider running for the position of President of the Executive Board.
No two days are alike, and as President, you motivate and coordinate the Executive Board, ensure continuity across the organization, and represent NHHS both internally and externally. From media appearances to meetings with NHH’s leadership, you are often the public face of the student association.
You will also have a unique overview of everything happening in NHHS and the chance to set the agenda in areas that matter. The role carries formal and legal responsibility, from overseeing the disciplinary program to making sure daily operations align with NHHS’ long-term strategy. This may sound demanding, but it is also one of the most exciting opportunities you can have as a student leader.
What makes the role especially rewarding is the people you work with. You will see your board members grow, challenge each other, and use their strengths to create results you never could achieve alone. You will also get to break down complex organizational problems into concrete actions and watch real change happen in the association. And at the heart of it all, you have the chance to make everyday student life better in NHHS.
Head of Organization (Vice-President)
NHHS is a complex organization that is constantly growing, which over many years has required organizational changes to ensure that NHHS operates as efficiently as possible. However, for a long time, there was no single role in the Executive Board responsible for overseeing and initiating organizational improvements. The organizational responsibility was therefore refined into the position of Head of Organization, and this position provides the opportunity to influence NHHS in both the short and long term. A year as Head of Organization could include, but is not limited to, mergers of subcommittees, strategy work, creating new projects, etc. During my year, I have had the opportunity to participate in several exciting projects and initiatives and I truly believe that Head of Organization is one of the most interesting and career-relevant positions on the Executive Board. The position requires independence, creativity, and the ability to try and fail – in return, you could potentially impact the entirety of NHHS, maybe forever!
The Head of Organization is formally responsible for the Strategic Forum, General Assembly, and following up NHHS’ by-laws, instructions, and guidelines. In addition to this, one is responsible for NHHS’ internal systems, such as Google Workspace. The Head of Organization is also the Vice-President of the Executive Board, which means one acts as the leader’s deputy but also serves as a support in the formal board work.
In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing NHHS’ organizational development and be an initiator for new processes. Being part of the Executive Board is challenging, but above all, incredibly exciting and educational. A year as the Head of Organization in the Executive Board is a year you will never forget!
Head of Student Politics
Have you ever wanted to alter the educational direction or learning environment at NHH, or affect national and local policy for the betterment of students’ everyday life? If this is true, becoming Head of Student Politcs in the Executive Board is something you ought to consider.
At NHH you are the primary representative of the student association in various committees and working groups where important decisions affecting students’ academic life are made. This involves frequent meetings with the rectorate and NHH Board, leading the Learning Environment Committee and participating in the Education Committee. You are often invited to conferences, committees, strategic forums and other arenas where the student voice is critical.
Outside NHH, you represent NHHS in different organisations and maintain collaborative relationship with other educational institutions. In Bergen, you participate in the Welfare Council, where representatives from various educational institutions in Western Norway discuss student political issues. Nationwide, you represent NHHS at the National Union of Students in Norway (NSO), which deals with key policy on a national level. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining contact with the Ministry of Education and its ministers.
Being Head of Student Politics is highly exciting and a practical experience in politics, strategy and communication. You have the pleasure of conveying the heart issues of NHH students, and can reach favourable solutions through cooperation, dialogue and strategy.
Head of Financial Affairs
NHHS is a complex medium-sized business with over 20 million in assets and nearly 20 million in annual revenue. As the Head of Financial Affairs, you have the primary responsibility for all of this. You are to have oversight and control over all financial transactions and everything that affects NHHS’s finances. Therefore, the role involves close contact with almost everyone in NHHS, especially the Regnskapsgruppen, head of financial affairs in the various subcommittees, and your own board.
Your role in the Executive Board is to have control over the money! You are to provide the financial perspective on the matters that the Executive Board and the Finance board decide at any given time. At the same time, you must ensure sensible financial development for the association. Your tasks beyond the regular board duties include preparing full and half-year financial statements, creating and monitoring the entire budget for the Executive Board and subcommittees. In addition, you need to follow up on investment decisions and ensure that UKEN, NHH-Symposiet, and Bergen Challenge deliver financially.
Through the position of Head of Financial Affairs in the Executive Board, you learn a tremendous amount. High-level financial management, accounting in theory and practice, laws and regulations that not even the MRR group knew existed, the accounting system Visma net, as well as the preparation of investment analyses. After reading this, you might be thinking, «Why on earth run for Head of Financial Affairs?» The answer is quite simple because you can have the most challenging, demanding, rewarding, and enjoyable year of your life! You will get to know an infinite number of people, and you will gain experiences you can’t get anywhere else. Moreover, you will gain the world’s best insight into the world’s best student association!
Head of Corporate Relations & Communication
The position of Head of Corporate Relations & Communication in the Executive Board offers incredible experiences and exciting challenges. Throughout your year you will make many new and valuable connections within NHHS and the business community, all while having an incredible amount of fun.
You are responsible for maintaining our current main corporate partners while also seeking out new opportunities. Along the way, you will gain knowledge and experiences that can’t be learned in the classroom. Sales skills, negotiation techniques, and presentation skills are just some of the areas where you’ll have the opportunity to excel. It’s also important for a Head of Corporate Relations & Communication to have patience and be ready to tackle challenges head-on. Is the company you are dealing with the right partner for NHHS? It’s your task to secure attractive, strong, and long-term partnerships for our student association that withstand economic fluctuations and other challenges in today’s market.
You will also have the authority and responsibility to approve sponsorship activities in the student association’s subcommittees. Collaborating with the subcommittees is both educational and exciting. In addition to this, you, along with the Markedsgruppen, will have the coordinating responsibility for sponsorship efforts throughout NHHS.
As if that weren’t enough, you will also take on overall responsibility for communication in the student association. You will be the editor-in-chief for NHHS’s website and social media, in addition to being responsible for media relations in collaboration with the leader. The responsibility for communication is important to take seriously, as information about events and what is happening in the student association forms the basis for inclusion.
As the Head of Corporate Relations & Communication in the Executive Board, you will have a unique opportunity to negotiate and collaborate with major and exciting players in the business world, while working with communication – an opportunity few get.

Head of events
As the Head of Events, you will play an important role in coordinating all collaborative projects within NHHS and overseeing the planning and execution of the Executive Board’s events. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable project management experience and serve as a crucial link between the core board and the broader student association.
You will be primarily responsible for some of NHHS’s most significant events, including the International Welcome Week in January, Welcome Week in August, Avbrekk and the May 17th breakfast. Additionally, you’ll work alongside the NHHS Project group, allowing you the creative freedom to design new and exciting events throughout the year.
To excel in this role, you should be highly organized and thrive in a dynamic environment. With multiple tasks often occurring simultaneously, being well-prepared is essential. However, this position is also one of the most social on the board, featuring some of the most enjoyable responsibilities.

Head of Operations
Are you a person with big ideas and loads of execution ability? If so, it sounds like the role as Head of Operations is perfect for you! As the Head of Operations, you are the link between the student association and the office of property management at NHH. In addition, you hold responsibility for the student association’s liquor license, which is perhaps the most important responsibility within the association.
As an Head of Operations, you’ll never have a dull day at school, and you’ll have the opportunity to further develop Bergen’s largest student-run nightclub, Kjelleren. You also partake in ensuring that NHHS facilities reach high standards of safety and attractiveness. In addition to Kjelleren, you have a high degree of freedom to create plans, and execute said plans, for the long term development of our beloved Kramboden. Therefore, you become one of the most resourceful project managers in the entire student association.

Head of HR
At the heart of everything that happens in NHHS are the people who make it possible. As Head of HR, you will have the opportunity to use your enthusiasm and vision to strengthen how the student association works with its most important resource – our members.
The role of Head of HR was introduced to the Executive Board in 2024 after the organizational change FiKS. As the position is still new, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and develop it further.
As Head of HR, you hold a central responsibility in recruitment, elections, and the follow-up of members and elected representatives. You will lead the election processes in NHHS, ensuring fairness, transparency, and active participation from all members. You will also play a key role in recruitment weeks and in the hiring processes for projects across the student association.
In addition, the Head of HR is responsible for inclusion measures and international student engagement. You will actively work to ensure that NHHS is a place where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected – regardless of background. By promoting diversity and inclusion, you will help create a stronger and more vibrant student association.
This position gives you the chance to be a driving force for change, inclusion, and engagement at the very core of NHHS.
UKEN
The Festival Director (UKEsjef)
The festival director (UKEsjef) of UKEN holds the overall responsibility for UKEN and leads the UKEstyret throughout the entire project period. The role involves maintaining an overview of the organization as a whole, setting the direction and level of ambition together with the board, and ensuring progress, structure, coordination, and effective communication across an organization of around 1400 student volunteers.
As leader of the UKEstyret, the UKEsjef supports and follows up the other board members, both professionally and personally, acting as a sparring partner, motivator, and source of support when challenges arise. You are responsible for seeing the bigger picture, identifying issues that may fall between areas of responsibility, and contributing to sound priorities and decisions. This requires a broad understanding of areas such as finance, events, HR, PR, and sales, as well as the ability to assess risks and consequences for UKEN as a whole.
You also represents UKEN externally towards NHH, NHHS, Sammen, partners, the media, the municipality, and Bergen’s wider student community. The UKEsjef also holds a seat on the NHHS Finance Board, contributing to important decisions affecting the entire student association.
The role requires you to be visible, available, and confident with people, while helping build an inclusive, ambitious, and motivating volunteer culture.
Head of Finance
The Head of Finance holds the overall responsibility for UKEN’s finances and ensures that the festival operates in a financially sustainable manner. The role combines financial management, accounting, analysis, and leadership, requiring an overview of the financial implications of decisions made across the entire organization.
A key responsibility is leading the budgeting process, developing forecasts and analyses, and maintaining control of UKEN’s revenues, costs, and cash flows. The Head of Finance works closely with Events on artist bookings, calculations, and ticket revenues, Sales on pricing, unit economics, and sales forecasts, and Marketing on commercial revenues. The role also involves ensuring sound spending procedures and accurate accounting, including invoicing, VAT, and cost allocation, in close collaboration with ØKO KS and the Accounting team.
As nearly every decision in UKEN has a financial dimension, the Head of Finance gains a unique overview of the entire organization and serves as an important sparring partner for the UKEstyret. The role also leads the Finance section, covering functions such as controlling, data and analytics, UKEbank, and Fond og Legat.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys numbers, strategy, and problem-solving – and wants real financial responsibility, major decisions, and the opportunity to influence UKEN as a whole.
Head of PR
The Head of PR is responsible for UKEN’s overall visibility, communication, and promotional strategy. The role combines structure and coordination with creativity and innovation, overseeing multiple projects, campaigns, and teams simultaneously while continuously developing how UKEN reaches and engages its audience.
A key responsibility is planning and executing event launches, coordinating timing, creatives, booking, and management to create engaging and impactful releases. The Head of PR also plays an important role in recruitment campaigns and UKEN’s continuous promotion through social media, digital advertising, physical profiling, press, and creative stunts across Bergen.
Another major responsibility is UKEN’s ticket strategy, as ticket sales represent a significant share of UKEN’s revenue. Together with the board, the Head of PR works on pricing, sales phases, and timing, while also negotiating agreements with ticket providers. The role further involves close collaboration with the Head of Marketing on partner exposure and commercial integrations.
The Head of PR leads and follows up several teams covering social media, press, ticketing, PR stunts, aftermovies, physical profiling, the UKEbuss, web, and faculty promotion. It is a role with enormous room for creativity, strategy, and bold new ideas.
Head of Sales
The Head of Sales holds the overall responsibility for all sales in UKEN, combining sales strategy, people management, planning, safety, logistics, and operational execution. The role involves setting targets and prices, making commercial decisions, and ensuring that systems, routines, and organizational structures are in place when the festival begins.
A major part of the role is building and leading the Sales section of more than 450 volunteers. This includes recruitment, training, delegation, and continuous follow-up of group leaders, fUKENsjonærer, and volunteers. Creating a strong culture and maintaining motivation and ownership throughout the year is essential, ensuring that the section is ready when activity increases significantly during the spring semester.
The Head of Sales plans and coordinates sales activities and is responsible for all food and beverage sales, sales locations, bars, and related agreements. The role also requires close coordination with other sections, suppliers, and external partners.
Together with the President of UKEN, the Head of Sales holds the overall responsibility for event safety and works closely with VK and Operations in KS on safety, logistics, and execution. During the festival, the Head of Sales is ultimately responsible for ensuring that sales operations run smoothly and for handling challenges as they arise.
Head of Events
The Head of Events holds the overall responsibility for UKEN’s entire event program – from booking artists to executing concerts, shows, and events throughout the festival. The role involves building and leading the Events section, with responsibility for both the program experienced by the audience and all the planning and logistics behind it.
Together with the two UKEteltet group leaders, the Head of Events holds the overall responsibility for UKEteltet and gains unique insight into everything required to build and operate one of the festival’s most important venues. A major part of the role also involves booking, negotiations, and agreements with artists, international promoters, and technical suppliers. The Head of Events manages a significant share of UKEN’s total budget and makes major decisions involving finances, risk, and the overall audience experience.
As Head of Events, you get to build a section from the ground up, lead people throughout an extensive project period, and ultimately watch your work come to life in front of thousands of people. The role requires ambition, determination, and a strong work ethic, while offering unique hands-on experience in leadership, negotiation, project management, and event production – and the opportunity to create moments thousands of people will remember.
Head of Information
The Head of Information holds the overall responsibility for UKEN’s internal organization, people management, and internal communication, while also serving as Vice President of the UKEstyret. The role is about ensuring that an organization of around 1,400 volunteers has effective systems, clear communication, and a strong social environment throughout the project period.
A central part of the role is planning and executing recruitment rounds, general meetings, internal events, and other activities for UKEN’s volunteers. The Head of Information oversees internal administration and communication platforms such as Google Chat, groups, and Drive, while maintaining close contact with NHHS and other boards. As Vice President, you also support the President and contribute closely to the overall management of UKEN.
The Head of Information leads a highly diverse section, including teams responsible for digital development, sustainability, people and social activities, graphic design, merchandise and information, the secretariat, transportation, photography, UKESport, and UKEentreprenør. Together, these teams provide many of the essential support functions that keep UKEN running.
The role is perfect for someone who enjoys people, structure, and organizational development, while wanting a highly varied position covering everything from culture and recruitment to technology, sustainability, and operations.
Head of Marketing
The Head of Marketing holds the overall responsibility for UKEN’s commercial partnerships and contractual agreements, while leading the Marketing section throughout the project period. The role involves developing UKEN’s commercial strategy and leading the work of identifying, approaching, and following up potential partners, sponsors, and suppliers.
The Head of Marketing serves as UKEN’s lead negotiator and is responsible for negotiating, entering into, and managing sponsorship, partnership, and supplier agreements. The role also involves reviewing and quality-assuring contracts across UKEN, including agreements with partners, suppliers, and artists. Throughout the project period, you maintain close relationships with key partners and ensure that all agreed rights and deliverables are fulfilled.
Another important part of the role is developing creative partner activations, branding opportunities, and tailored corporate events that create value for both UKEN and its partners. The Head of Marketing leads and coordinates teams responsible for key partnerships, sponsorships, corporate events, and UKEcruise, while also holding responsibility for UKEcruise and ordering UKEN’s traditional white jackets.
The role involves extensive external interaction and is perfect for someone who enjoys relationship-building, negotiations, and commercial strategy – and who thrives on creating solutions where both UKEN and its partners come out on top.
Head of Revue
The Head of Revue holds the overall responsibility for the UKErevyen and leads the Revue section throughout the entire project period – from the first preparations until the final show takes the stage during UKEN. The role combines creative leadership, people management, project management, and hands-on execution, bringing together several different disciplines into one complete production.
The Head of Revue builds and leads the section, coordinating teams responsible for writing, acting, dance, orchestra, costumes, stage and props, sound, lighting, and video. An important part of the role is recruiting and working closely with professional directors, organizing auditions and recruitment rounds, shaping the direction of the revue, and creating a strong culture across the different teams.
Throughout the project period, the Head of Revue is also responsible for several productions and events, including MUF, UFF, and Høstfest, before the work culminates in the intensive production period and UKErevyen itself. The role requires close collaboration with Events on the Aula, technical production, schedules, and execution, while also working with budgets, PR, and ticket sales.
As Head of Revue, you get to combine leadership and creativity – and ultimately watch hundreds of people’s work come together as a show in front of a packed Aula.
NHH AID
Leder
The Head of NHH AID holds the overall responsibility for the organization’s day-to-day operations. The role involves, among other things, leading board meetings, coordinating and following up on the board’s work, organizing member activities, and maintaining good relations with the organization’s partners and business contacts. As leader, it is important to be engaged, structured, and clear, while also being able to see the bigger picture of the organization’s work, uphold AID’s core purpose of aid and development, and ensure good progress across all areas of responsibility and projects.
Deputy Leader
The Deputy Leader supports the Leader and holds an overall responsibility for contributing to the effective operation of the organization. The role involves acting as a sparring partner to the Leader, participating in strategic decision-making, and ensuring that the Board’s work is carried out effectively. The Deputy Leader also plays an important role in securing a main sponsor and contributes to collaboration and communication between NHH Aid and the business community. The Deputy Leader steps in for the Leader when needed, helping ensure continuity and stability within the organization. In addition, the role involves following up with Board members, facilitating collaboration, and contributing to a positive and supportive working environment.
Financial Manager
The Financial Manager is responsible for ensuring that all funds raised and received are allocated directly to the project. They are also responsible for managing NHH Aid’s assets and finances. The Financial Manager has responsibilities in accordance with the subcommittee’s common instructions and is required to oversee the person responsible for finances in the Action Committee.
Information Manager
The Information Officer is responsible for ensuring effective external communication, particularly through social media and the organization’s website. This includes promoting events, highlighting the people within the organization, and providing regular updates so consistency and visually appealing content are essential. The role also includes responsibility for newsletters.
Event Manager
The Events Manager is responsible for planning and executing the subcommittee’s activities throughout the year, including one major event each semester. The role involves developing projects that are well-executed, engaging, and profitable, with particular attention to external partners such as UNICEF. Creativity and ownership are encouraged, and the position offers the freedom to develop ideas that can reach a broad audience.
Project Manager
The project manager is responsible for the development and coordination of projects that support the organisation’s purpose. The role involves ensuring the execution of both larger initiatives and smaller sub-projects, making sure they are well planned, structured, and carried out effectively.
Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for maintaining and further developing the organization’s relationships with its sponsors. The role involves building strong and professional relationships, where being proactive and engaged in the follow-up is essential. You represent the organization externally and help build its image. The Marketing Manager plays a key role in ensuring that sponsor partnerships strengthen the organization and provide a solid foundation for further development.
HR and Social Manager
The HR and Social Officer has the primary responsibility for the well-being of NHH Aid’s members. In addition, they should focus on developing the organisation’s culture and sense of community in the period following the main events, with the aim of creating a safe and social environment for members even outside the planning and carrying out of the main events.
Hytteutvalget
Look at that! NHHS’ most social and fun group is once again up for election. The Cabin Committee is responsible for Kramboden, the student association’s very own cabin, located just a short distance outside Bergen city center. The cabin became ours in 1938 and has since been an important part of the heart and culture of NHHS.
Kramboden is used for parties, seminars, and social gatherings across different groups, UKEN, and other events. The Cabin Committee ensures that everything runs smoothly – from planning and execution to daily operations and maintenance. Every year we organize, among other things, the Freshmen Seminar, a work week, and a traditional Christmas party with our beloved alumni.
If you enjoy cabins, parties, and creating great experiences, this is the place for you! The committee consists of five roles, none of which require prior experience. All you need is motivation and a passion for cabins and community spirit!
Leader
As the Head of The Cabin Committee, you will have overall responsibility for the committee and ensure good coordination within the board. You will oversee the operation and maintenance of Kramboden, take initiative on improvements, and lead larger projects related to the cabin, something that will be especially relevant in the coming year! The role also involves keeping an overview, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring that the committee works well together.
Head of Finance
As the Head of Finance, you are responsible for overseeing the committee’s finances and ensuring sound financial management. You prepare and follow up on budgets, keep track of income and expenses, and make sure the committee’s funds are used responsibly and in line with its priorities.
Head of Booking
As the Head of Booking, you are primarily responsible for managing cabin bookings and ensuring that the booking system operates fairly and efficiently for everyone using the cabin. You are responsible for ensuring that rules regarding use and booking priority are followed, while contributing to the efficient use of the cabin.
Head of Events
As Head of Events, you are responsible for planning and carrying out the Cabin Committee’s events. You make sure everything from practical details to schedules is in place, so that participants have the best possible experience.
Head of PR
As the Head of PR, you are primarily responsible for the committee’s communication and visibility. You ensure that information about Kramboden, events, and other relevant matters reaches the students, while working to create engagement and interest around the cabin and the committee’s activities.
Head of the Business Committee (NU)
The Leader holds the overall responsibility for the Business Committee and its active members, ensuring that the organization continues to serve as the link between NHH students and the business community. This includes setting the strategic direction, following up on partnerships, and overseeing the finances.
The Leader is also responsible for ensuring that the Business Committee continues to collaborate well with the rest of the student organization (NHHS), and for managing to generate revenue for the community in a responsible manner.
Beyond the overall responsibility, the Leader is an important support for the rest of the board, contributing to work such as company presentations, partner relations, and events like the Career days. The Leader also represents the Business Committee externally and is responsible for maintaining relationships with corporate partners, while following up on reporting, surveys, and the annual summer visits that keep the committee’s offering relevant to both students and companies.
Leader of the Career Fairs (KD)
As leader of the Career Days, you have the main responsibility for planning and running one of NHH’s largest student-run events. You get a lot of responsibility and a great opportunity to shape how the Career Days develops, while working closely with the rest of the KD board.
The role gives you experience with leadership, project work, and collaboration with both students and the business community. Together with the board, you help create an arena where students and companies can meet, get to know each other, and have open conversations about career opportunities.
As the Career Days Leader, you will be a member of the Business Committee board and will also set up your own Career Days board. You’ll work closely with companies, meet many key figures from the business world, and be responsible for over 200 people.
This is a position for someone who likes to take initiative, collaborate with others, and wants to help create something that matters for the student environment at NHH.

The Master Representative plays a key role in ensuring that the interests of master students are safeguarded and that their voices are heard. You are an integral part of the Student Political Committee and contribute directly to the development of the master programmes at NHH.

1. Represent master students in the Education Committee (UU) and in the reference groups for MØA and MRR.
2. Coordinate the nomination and awarding of the Master Students’ Prize for Outstanding Contribution at the graduation ceremony.
3. Organise the annual Master’s Mingling event and maintain close contact with programme coordinators for the different profiles.

Bachelor Representative
The Bachelor Representative speaks on behalf of the bachelor students and ensures that their voices are heard in decision-making processes at NHH. You are the link between students, cohort representatives, and the administration, contributing to a better study environment.
As the Bachelor Representative, you will:
1. Act as a spokesperson for bachelor students towards the administration and make sure their views are taken into account.
2. Follow up with cohort representatives and create a platform for students to share their feedback.
3. Take part in reference groups and influence the further development of the bachelor programmes.
4. Be responsible for awarding Bronsesvampen each semester – a prize that highlights outstanding lecturers.
This role gives you valuable experience in leadership, collaboration, and influence – while making a real difference for the bachelor community. As Bachelor Representative, you are a board member of the Student Political Committee.
Welfare Policy Representative / Vice-President
The Welfare Policy Representative plays a central role in representing the interests of NHH students in student politics outside NHH. As Vice President of the Student Political Committee at NHH, you attend SPU board meetings regularly, while also serving as the link between NHH and the Welfare Parliament West (VT).
As the Welfare Policy Representative, you will:
1. Serve as Deputy Chair of the Student Political Committee at NHH and play an active role on the board.
2. Lead the NHH delegation to the Welfare Parliament West and help shape student politics in Bergen and Western Norway.
3. Lead the Political Committee in SPU and engage members in political discussions and current issues.
4. Follow up on matters in the Welfare Parliament West and NSO, build networks with other student representatives, and work to ensure that the interests of NHH students are heard.
This role gives you a unique opportunity to influence student politics locally, regionally, and nationally, while gaining valuable experience in leadership, political work, and representation.
NHHS delegate to the Welfare Parliament
As the NHHS Delegate to both the Welfare Parliament West and the National Union of Students in Norway (NSO), you will have an exciting opportunity to represent NHH and take part in shaping key decisions that impact student life. This role gives you valuable insight into and influence over external processes and organizations, while also providing experience in student politics and cross-institutional collaboration.
