The Executive Board
Blokk: MatriKS

We are MatriKS, and it is with great joy that we are running for the Executive Board 2027! Together we are eight dedicated students from different parts of NHHS, and we want to take the student association to new heights.
First and foremost, we want to be an accessible and effective Executive Board. To us, that means being present where student life actually happens, listening to what matters to you, and actually getting things done. The threshold for reaching out to us should be low. Whether you are wondering about something, want to make something happen, or just want to have a chat, our door is always open. We also want to foster a YES culture and make it easier to get involved. Good ideas should be met with «yes, let’s make it happen!». By making it simpler to organize and engage, we will create more life in the association and more opportunities for those who want to contribute. Finally, we want to help as many as possible find their place in the student association. NHHS can seem large and overwhelming, especially at first. We will showcase everything it has to offer and make sure there is room for everyone, no matter how much or little you want to get involved.
Everything in NHHS is connected, you just don’t always see it. MatriKS is the code that ties it all together: subcommittees, interest groups, sport groups, and above all, engagement. All brought together in one network, with a strong Executive Board connecting it all. Happy voting!
President
Ida Flem

Hi there! It is with great joy that I am running for President of the Executive Board.
Over three years at NHH, I have been lucky enough to take part in our wonderful student association, and I have experienced how NHHS is a unique arena for building knowledge, friendships and engagement. The association has been central to my life at NHH, and I want everyone to have the chance to be part of this community and all it has to offer.
I want to be an approachable leader who works alongside the students. Internally, I want to champion students’ views to ensure real student influence. To build engagement around this, I will create more low-threshold arenas where students can discuss important decisions for the school and our organisation. I will be a present and attentive leader who meets students with openness and makes sure everyone feels seen and heard.
With your trust, I am ready to give it my all. Happy voting!
Head of Organization (Vice-President)
Harald Hannevik

Hi! My name is Harald, and I’m happy to announce that I’m running for the Executive Board again, this time as Head of Organization, together with the bloc MatriKS.
Ever since I started at NHH, the student association has meant a great deal to me, and I’m motivated to keep contributing. I’ve been involved in a lot, from the basement to projects, interest groups and subcommittees, which has given me friends and experiences I truly value.
As Head of Organization, I want to make the General Assembly easier to understand. Many students don’t know what it is, so I will provide short, clear explanations of each case ahead of the meeting. That way, more students will want to take part.
I also want to strengthen knowledge transfer in the subcommittees. I will create a shared template for knowledge books and organize a day where outgoing and incoming boards can share their experiences, so that valuable experience isn’t lost.
Finally, I want to be an approachable Vice President who is there for both the board and the student body.
Head of Student Politics
Daniel Lund Imani

Hi, my name is Daniel, and I have had a heart for NHHS and a passion for student engagement since I started studying at NHH in 2022.
During my time at NHH, I have experienced everything from basement parties and spectacular shows on the Aula stage to thought-provoking lectures. What connects these experiences is the student engagement within NHHS that makes them possible. As both Chair and a member of SPU, I have gained insight into the opportunities NHHS has to influence student politics, both internally and externally. This is what motivates me to run for Head of Student Politics.
If elected, I will do my utmost to ensure that the education we receive at NHH is of the highest possible quality and shaped by students’ needs and interests. I will also be a clear voice for NHH students in Velferdstinget Vest and on the national board of the National Union of Students in Norway (NSO).
If you have any questions or want to chat, feel free to find me at the campaign stand.
Happy voting!
Head of Financial Affairs
Paul Nesse Martens

Hi! My name is Paul, and I’m excited to be running for Head of Financial Affairs on the Executive Board as part of MatriKS!
I didn’t plan on getting involved in NHHS at first, but the Accounting Group and NHHI Swimming changed that. Since January I have been Vice President of the Accounting Group, and this summer I helped carry out the transition from Visma to Tripletex. It has been incredibly rewarding, and now I want to use what I have learned.
Budgets are made in separate Excel sheets, making it hard to get an overview. I will use Tripletex for budgeting and follow-up, so all boards can follow their finances easily. I will work with treasurers across NHHS, give them better training and shared templates, and be a available sparring partner. As our long-term strategy calls for more revenue sources, I believe it is important to make external funding and internal welfare schemes better known among students.
A year ago, the Accounting Group trusted me. Now I ask for your trust.
Head of Corporate Relations & Communication
Magnus Gunnes Kozar

Hi! My name is Magnus, and I’m excited to be running for the position of Head of Corporate Relations and Communication on the executive board as part of MatriKS!
NHHS has been a big part of my two years at NHH, and a key reason why I’ve enjoyed my time here so much. It has given me friendships, experiences and skills that I would not have gained anywhere else. Now I want to help others get as much out of their time here as I have.
An active and vibrant student association depends on stable finances, much which we owe to our main partners. I therefore want to strengthen their visibility and make sure NHHS remains an attractive partner. At the same time, I will work to ensure that the guidelines for external partnerships are well known among boards, subcommittees and interest groups, so that the whole association stands united towards the business community.
To make it easier for everyone who wants to get involved, I will maintain a clear flow of information to the entire organization.
Happy voting!
Head of Events
Karoline Lysaker

Hi! My name is Karoline, and I am very excited to share that I am running for Head of Events on the Executive Board 2027 together with MatriKS!
Throughout my time at NHH, I have been highly involved in the student association, which has given me so much in return. I have helped organize everything from Welcome Week and Halloween parties to trips and smaller social gatherings. Through these experiences, I have seen how much NHHS events contribute to friendships, a sense of achievement, and learning.
As Head of Events, I will ensure clear communication and expectations between everyone involved before, during and after events. Good collaboration behind the scenes is essential to successful events. At the same time, I will work to maintain high quality events without compromising affordable ticket prices. I want to be a supportive and approachable Head of Events, helping good ideas develop into new traditions.
I hope to earn the students’ trust to further develop our event offerings and be an accessible and engaged member of the Executive Board.
Have a good election!
Head of Operations
Andrea Waage

I’m excited to announce that I’m running for Head of Operations on the NHHS Executive Board 2027, together with MatriKS!
Since starting at NHH, I’ve been involved in several parts of NHHS, and I’ve loved every moment of it. From friendships and late nights in Kjelleren, to cabin trips and new challenges and opportunities to create something together with fellow students, NHHS has already given me so much. These experiences have strengthened my passion for our student association and inspired me to make it even better.
As Head of Operations, I want to create an inclusive campus where students enjoy spending time beyond the reading rooms. I aim to make better use of spaces like fUKEN and Edrurommet, while developing more low-threshold activities in Kjelleren. My goal is to make Kjelleren a natural gathering place, even outside the big parties. I also want to strengthen continuity in our operations through better communication and structured knowledge transfer between student representatives. Finally, I want to follow up on the renovation of Kramboden and ensure it benefits students for years to come.
Head of HR
Elisabeth Solvi Nordstrøm

Hi! I’m so excited to share that I’m running for Head of HR in Kjernestyret 2027 with my team, MatriKS!
My name is Elisabeth, I’m a fourth-year student, and very fond of our student association. But when I started at NHH, I barely knew what NHHS was. The more I experienced, the more engaged I got. Since then, NHHS has given me so much, and I want to help even more people have a great experience too.
I want to work for a more inclusive student association, not least for the growing number of international students. I’ll keep working for a safe recruitment week for everyone, and for more engagement around elections through visibility and information.
As Head of HR, I want to be a visible and trusted resource for students and the elected representatives who put so much time into NHHS. It should be easy to speak up when something isn’t right.
My hope is that together we can protect the strong student involvement at our school and make sure everyone finds their place. Happy voting!
UKEN
Blokk: JuliUS

We are JuliUS!
And we want to take UKEN by storm! Made up of eight fantastic people, we’re the perfect bouquet, with backgrounds from across the entire student association. With our diverse experience, we’re ready to take UKEN to new heights!
UKEN is close to all our hearts, and we will make sure that the UKENjoy spreads to every corner of Bergen. The UKENtent finally made its comeback during UKEN26, and it’s here to stay. Bergen will be filled to the brim with festive students and the biggest artists! People from all over the country will want to make the trip west to Bergen to get a taste. Together, we’ll truly put UKEN on the map!
UKEN is one of the most beautiful things in the world, and few things create more joy and friendship than UKEN. We want every student, at every university across Bergen, to be able to experience this joy. JuliUS will create a UKEjungle with room for everyone!
Traditions are close to our hearts, and traditions must be upheld. At the same time, we want to focus on innovating and creating new events and adventures that people will talk about for years! UKEN28 will be a highlight in the lives of everyone who takes part, and with JuliUS at the helm, the wind in our sails will blow in the right direction.
UKEN has given us countless memories and moments of joy throughout our time as students, and now we truly want to put in the effort to give something back. Join us, and let JuliUS take you on a journey through the UKENjungle!
The Festival Director (UKEsjef)
Kristoffer Kåsin Schjølberg

Hi there!
I’m running for Festival Director of UKEN28!
During my nearly four years at NHH, being involved in the student association has been one of my top priorities. During UKEN26, I was lucky enough to be an actor in the UKENrevue. The UKEN-joy I got to help spread, but also feel for myself, is something I will never forget. As The Festival Director, I want to spread that same joy on an even bigger scale, to all of Bergen.
We’re going to paint the town green, with the help of students from every corner in Bergen! As Festival Director, I will make sure UKEN continues to be a gatheringpoint for absolutely everyone. There will be room for all kinds of people and personalities, and it will be a place where people can feel safe and make friends.
I want to be a Festival Director who sees everyone. Every single person should be heard, and everyone should get the chance to try, fail and learn. Together with the entire upcoming UKENfamily, we’ll create the best UKEN ever!
Head of Finance
Amaia Nordang Fleischer

Last year I was KD leader, and I loved the responsibility and the feeling of working together towards a shared goal. Seeing a project come to life because a whole team is pulling in the same direction is one of the most rewarding things I’ve been part of. When I experienced UKEN26, I saw how amazingly UKEN brought people together, with students from all over Bergen gathering across schools. That’s something I want to help create for others!
As Head of Finance, I want to bring structure, overview and security, so the rest of UKEN can focus on creating magic. The finances are the backbone of the project, and I want them to make things possible, not stand in the way. At the same time, I want to build a section where people thrive, learn a lot and feel that their effort matters.
I hope the finance section looks back on UKEN28 as a highlight of their student years, and that all of Bergen gets a week to remember!
Head of PR
Ola Slorafoss Værnes

Hey everyone! I’m running for Head of PR for UKEN28!
In just over a year at NHH, I’ve already experienced so much of what makes NHHS special. Working on the revue’s lighting team during UKEN26 showed me the excitement, community, and sense of achievement that come from working towards a shared goal. That’s the spirit I want to bring into UKEN28!
Through my involvement in projects like the NHH Symposium, I’ve worked with promotion and communication and discovered how much I enjoy it! I love combining creativity with strategy. I enjoy structure and planning, but get just as excited about developing fresh ideas that can take UKEN to new heights!
Most of all, I love creating things with others. As Head of PR, I want to build a team where enthusiasm, learning, and new ideas thrive. Above all, I want everyone to feel included, enjoy themselves, and have an amazing time!
I truly hope I get this opportunity, and no matter what, I can’t wait for UKEN28!
Head of Sales
Mathea Indahl

Hi! I’m running for Head of Sales for UKEN28!
The student association has been a huge part of my time as a student, and when I got to experience UKEN26 this spring, I knew it was something I wanted to be more involved in. You could really see how UKEN brought people together across schools, and being part of creating joy and fun for all of Bergen is something I would love to contribute to!
As Head of Sales, I want to build a section where people enjoy themselves and look forward to contributing. I enjoy structure and planning, but what motivates me most is a group of people having fun together. I want everyone to feel like an important part of the team, and that their effort really matters for making UKEN a success.
I hope everyone in the sales section looks back on UKEN28 as one of the highlights of their student life, and that everyone who comes leaves a little happier than they arrived!
Head of Events
Selma Teslo Berge

Hi! I’m running for Head of Events for UKEN28!
In autumn 2025, I spontaneously applied to join UKEN26, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my student life. As Group leader Show, I experienced the joy of working closely with enthusiastic people and seeing our plans come to life. It left me wanting more, and now I want to help shape UKEN28 from the start!
I’m running because I’m motivated by working towards shared goals and creating opportunities for people to come together in the student association. As Head of Events, I want to create a varied and exciting programme, embracing both traditions and fresh ideas.
Equally important is building a section where everyone feels included, takes responsibility and has fun together. Together, we’ll paint Bergen green once again!
I hope to help create the same wonderful memories and experiences that UKEN gave me, and give more people the chance to experience that sense of community and the joy of creating something together!
Head of Information
Simen Falkenås

Hi! I’m running for Head of Information for UKEN28!
During my short time at NHH, I’ve experienced much of what NHHS has to offer, but few experiences compare to UKEN26. As fUKENsjonær transport in the Information Section, I learned how essential good communication, teamwork and enthusiasm are to making a large organization work. This left me wanting more, and now I want to help shape UKEN28 from the very beginning!
As Head of Information, I want to help bring students across Bergen together. I aim to build on our efforts to reach campuses in the city centre, spread the joy of UKEN even further and make sustainability a priority.
To me, a great Information Section is about more than communication. I want to create an environment where people thrive, take responsibility and get involved, and where collaboration across sections lays the foundation for an amazing festival.
I hope to help even more people experience the sense of community and joy that made UKEN26 so special to me!
Head of Corporate Relations
Nikolai Gromholt

Hi! I’m running for Head of Corporate Relations for UKEN28!
After having been both fUKENsjonær and group leader during UKEN, I’ve experienced how much the organization means to the student community at NHH. As group leader during UKEN26, I was responsible for 30 amazing volunteers, and I’m left with experiences, friendships, and memories I wouldn’t trade for anything. Now, I want to help even more people experience that same UKEN-spirit during UKEN28!
I’m running for Head of Corporate Relations because I’m motivated by meeting new people, building relationships, and achieving results together with others. I want to further develop UKEN as an attractive partner for businesses and work towards agreements that create value for the companies, UKEN, and, not least, the students!
Just as important to me is building a marketing section where people feel comfortable, are challenged, and have fun together. The best results come when you’re having fun along the way ;)
I hope to get the opportunity to contribute to an amazing UKEN28, and, most importantly, give new volunteers the same great experiences I’ve had!
Head of Revue
Silja Sætran

Hi! My name is Silja Sætran, and I’m running for Head of Revue for UKEN28!
One thing I’m really happy about is that I was part of UKEN26, where I got to try out being an ML UKEpunkt and singing in the UKE-orchestra for the UKE-revue. I got to feel that famous UKE joy firsthand, working with fun, enthusiastic students from NHH and all over Bergen. UKEN left me wanting more, and I want to help create that same joy and community for UKEN28!
My dream is a revue section with a creative, open atmosphere where everyone has room to be themselves. I want to put together a fun, welcoming group of students from different universities around Bergen, so that together we can keep the revue as the heart of UKEN.
I hope you give me the opportunity to create an amazing UKEN28 for everyone!
The Business Committee
Head of the Business Committee (NU)
Tom Jensen

Dear Election Committee,
I want this role because NHH has given me a lot, and I want to give something back.
I like responsibility. Not the title, but the expectations. Knowing that if something doesn’t happen, it’s on me. I do my best work when the stakes are real.
I also like people. I get energy from getting a group moving in the same direction and seeing people grow into what they’re capable of. Leading NU would mean exactly that.
And I’m curious. When I look at NU, I see things I’d want to try. I’ll keep thinking about them whether I get the role or not, so I’d rather put that energy into doing them.
I don’t need everything figured out before getting started. I’d rather commit, learn quickly, and be honest when something isn’t working. That’s the kind of leader I’d want to be.
When I first started considering this role, my reaction wasn’t doubt. It was excitement, and it hasn’t gone away. I’ve learned to trust that, and I’d like to act on it.
Sincerely,
Tom Jensen
Leader of the Career Fairs (KD)
Tuva Hamre

I am hereby applying for the position as leader of the Career Fairs.
My main motivation is an interest to connect NHH students with the businesses. Leading the career fairs means creating and planning an inclusive, fun and educational meeting place where students and companies can share knowledge, and exchange ideas.
I enjoy taking on responsibility, working closely in teams, and challenging myself. I believe I would fit this role because I am systematic, hard-working, enjoy cooperating with others and welcome the challenge of turning ideas into action. Leading the formal committee in high school further taught me how to plan events, work in teams and handle unexpected challenges.
Planning and leading the Career fairs would be a challenge I can learn and develop with. Above all, I am motivated by the chance to solve problems and be creative with a team of other students. With them, I want to deliver a memorable event that gives real value to everyone who attends.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Philip August Næss

From the moment I first read about the work of NHH’s Business Committee, I knew I had to apply. My motivation is clear: I want to help students find their path forward.
As economics students, we have a vast range of opportunities available to us after graduation, which is precisely why deciding what we want to become can be difficult. Many of us wonder what jobs exist and where we would thrive the most. Choosing a career is an important decision that can significantly affect our quality of life after university.
This is the uncertainty we in the Business Committee help reduce. By connecting students with the business community, we help them find answers to their questions and make better informed career choices.
I want to contribute as much as possible to this work, and for me, that means taking responsibility. This is why I want to lead Career Days 2027. The role would give me the opportunity to lead an event that can make a difference to students’ futures. It would be a great honour to lead Career Days.
Hanna Hjelle

My motivation is that I see this as an incredible opportunity for growth! I love throwing myself into new challenges and tackling them head-on. Collaboration, curiosity and new experiences are things I’m passionate about, and I can’t let this opportunity pass without applying.
I’m engaged and enthusiastic, which I think will come in handy as KD leader. I am open to discussions and other people’s viewpoints, while also daring to stand by my own opinions and decisions. I like challenging myself and stepping outside my comfort zone, which makes me think this position suits me!
The social aspect motivates me as well. Learning from the previous board and bringing valuable knowledge with me is something I see as a unique chance. At the same time, you can become well integrated in the group and build new relationships.
I find the business part exciting, especially the opportunity to get in touch with the business community. Stands and company presentations inspire me, and I think it sounds incredibly cool to be able to develop this interest as KD leader!
Maria Schiørn

I want to run for Leader of Career Fairs because I see it as an incredibly exciting opportunity to challenge myself, gain valuable experience, and, most importantly, be part of creating something truly great!
Through my time in the Business Committee, I have already gained insight into all the exciting things happening, which has made me even more motivated to get further involved. The opportunity to lead KD, put my own stamp on one of the biggest events of the year at NHH, and contribute to its further development is something I would really love to do.
I am motivated by taking responsibility, collaborating with others, and working towards common goals. At the same time, I find the social aspect of the position incredibly rewarding. Building a strong sense of community within the KD Board, meeting new people, and creating great experiences together are all things I look forward to.
I am ready to put in the effort needed to make Career Fairs an amazing week!
Oscar Øfsti Richardsen

Hi!
My name is Oscar, I am 22 years old, and I would like to apply for the position as Career Days Leader 2027.
During this year’s Career Days, I had the opportunity to be a host for two companies and help with setting up and taking down the event. This gave me insight into the work behind Career Days, and it was this experience that motivated me to apply for the leadership position.
I am a very social and outgoing person who enjoys meeting new people and working with others. I like taking initiative, and I believe that creating a positive and motivated team is important for a successful event.
One of my biggest motivations for applying is the opportunity to challenge myself and develop my leadership skills. I am excited about taking on responsibility, learning new things, and working together with a team towards a common goal.
I would love the opportunity to contribute to making Career Days 2027 a great experience for everyone involved!
AID
Leader
Telma Austenå Sjøberg

I would like to run for leader of AID, as I want to continue the work I was able to do as leader of the Aksjonsuke board during Aksjonsuken (Action Week). I want to keep making a difference in Malawi and help ensure that the rest of NHH can also be part of making that difference. Through Aksjonsuken, I have already gained valuable experience in a leadership role and learned a great deal about how AID can and should be run in the best possible way. Through our collaboration with UNICEF, I have also gained real insight into their work in Malawi, and I have seen how important it is that organisations like AID exist and are valued. A few people in a small city like Bergen can truly make a big difference, and we have seen that year after year. I would therefore like to run for leader to carry this tradition forward.
Deputy Leader
Eirik Seim

I am applying forthe positon og Deputy Leader of NHH Aid because I am passionate about creating engagement around an important cause, while also wanting to contribute to the continued development of NHH Aid as an organization. Through my role as deputy leader this fall, I have gained valuable insight into the organization, the work of the board, and what it takes to create a succesful Action Week. I want to build this experience and contribute with structure, clear follow-up, and strong collaboration across the different groups.
Charity has also become increasingly important to me through my own experiences. This summer, I spent two months voluteering at a school in Tanzania, where i taught students and contributed to the development of the school. This experience strengthened my commitment to humantarian work and motivated me to continue making a difference through NHH Aid.
Financial Manager and Head of Internal Affairs
Jonathan Lehne

I am writing to confirm that I am standing for the role of Financial Manager at NHH Aid. I am motivated to take on this responsibility and to carry forward the work we have already set in motion, especially around Aksjonsuken 2026. I would also like to gain a deeper understanding of UNICEF’s efforts in Malawi.
Information Manager
Tuva Bjerkely Volden

I am running for Head og Information at NHH Aid because I see it s an exciting opportunity to contribute to the organization and develop myself.
I want to ensure that information is communicated in a clear, effective, and engaging way, while continuing to strengthen NHH Aid’s visibility and sense of community.
Event Manager
Cecilia Varstad

During Aksjonsuken, I gained valuable experience in planning, coordination and teamwork. Through this experience, I have also developed a strong interest in creating engaging events and bringing people together around a meaningful purpose. As Event Manager in AID, I hope to contribute to creating memorable and well-organised events that strengthen the student community while supporting UNICEF’s important work. I am particularly motivated by the opportunity to combine creativity, organisation and student engagement to create events that make a real difference.
Project Manager
Tobias Risvand Fossheim

I want to run for Project Leader of AID because we have the opportunity to make a real difference. Through the engagement of Norwegian students, we can raise funds that contribute to children’s education in Malawi. How amazing is that!
As Project Leader, I was responsible for the school’s visual presentation, including decorations and various activities. The experience I gained both before and during Action Week is something I will carry with me throughout my life.
Marketing Manager
Stina Stangenes Hernborg

I would like to run for the position of Head of Marketing on the AID Board for 2026/2027. I previously held the same position on the Auction Week Committee, and I truly enjoyed the experience. It was incredibly rewarding, allowing me to develop new skills, learn a lot, and collaborate with many talented and motivated people. Through my role as Head of Marketing, I also gained valuable experience communicating with companies and learning more about negotiations, contracts, and sponsorship agreements. I would love to continue building on this experience.
My main goals as Head of Marketing are to establish a clearer structure and create better guidelines for future marketing leaders, as well as secure new main sponsor(s). I hope to use the experience I gained during Auction Week to support L and NL in their efforts to find a new partner.
I am eager to continue being involved in AID and contribute with the knowledge and experience I have already gained, while continuing to learn and grow. I am motivated, enthusiastic, and excited about the opportunity to contribute to a strong team, build valuable partnerships, and help create a positive and inclusive student environment in the coming year!
HR and Social Manager
Ida Kaalstad

I believe NHH Aid does incredibly meaningful work, and I would love to be a part of it. I’m especially motivated by the opportunity to collaborate with UNICEF and gain insight into how the funds are used to make a real difference. As HR leader, I want to contribute to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable and included. I also really like that NHH Aid is aimed at first-year students, as it provides a great opportunity to form strong friendships and build a positive community from the start. I’m a very social person who enjoys meeting new people and being surrounded by different personalities. I also love planning and organizing activities that bring people together!
Hytteutvalget
Blokk: 5 Kramosomer
Look at that!
We are five students, each running for our own position on the board, but sharing a common goal: to continue the good work of previous cabin committees and contribute to the future of Kramboden. We are fortunate to have the previous committee to learn from, giving us a solid foundation for taking on this responsibility.
If elected, we will take our roles in Hytteutvalget seriously. We want to manage the cabin responsibly, maintain its facilities, and ensure that it remains a valuable part of student life at NHH. We believe that good teamwork, clear communication, and a shared sense of responsibility are essential to running the cabin well.
One of our priorities would be to continue the work towards replacing the deck, building on the plans started by the previous committee. However, our main goal is to preserve and strengthen the culture around Kramboden. The cabin is an important part of student life at NHH, and we want to help maintain the traditions and social environment that make it special. We see replacing the deck as one way to take care of the cabin and ensure that it remains a place where students can come together and create lasting memories for years to come.
As a group, we want to build on the work of previous committees, take responsibility for the cabin, and help preserve Kramboden as an important social meeting place for students at NHH. We hope to contribute with commitment and a long-term perspective, ensuring that the cabin continues to be well cared for and enjoyed by future students.
We’ll see!
Leader
Adrian Roddvik

I want to apply for the leaderposition of «Hytteutvalget» because I want to help make Kramboden an even better place for NHH students to meet and spend time together. To me, the cabin is a place for great experiences, new friendships, and bringing students from different years together.
As a leader, I want to build an engaged team and continue developing the culture that is already there. I believe good teamwork, clear communication, and turning ideas and plans into results are important.
One of my goals is to start working on a new outdoor deck at Kramboden. I want to take the initiative, bring the board together around this project, and make sure it is well planned and carried out. I believe this could create an even better space for social events and great memories.
I am motivated to take responsibility, create engagement, and develop Kramboden further while keeping the traditions that make the cabin special. My goal is to help the board achieve real results and create even better experiences for NHHS.
Head of Finance
Sondre Leer

Look at that! My name is Sondre, and I have the pleasure of running for Head of Finance in the Cabin Committee.
I am in my third year of studies, and therefore have good experience from courses. I enjoy working with numbers, and I like having a clear overview. Keeping track of budgets and expenses is something I find genuinely satisfying.
Kramboden is a place I really want to help take good care of. I am especially excited about the deck project together with the rest of our block. I want to make sure every krone is spent wisely, so students can enjoy the cabin for many years to come.
I already have good contact with Ole, the outgoing Head of Finance. I look forward to getting his advice and learning from his experience.
I take this role seriously, and I look forward to a great year at the cabin with a great team.
Head of Booking
Eirik Eide-Fredriksen

I wish to run for a position on the board because, despite having only visited Kramboden a few times, my experiences have been very memorable, and I have gained a very positive impression of the opportunities for camaraderie and enjoyment at the cabin. After speaking with former board members, I have also come to understand the importance of taking care of the cabin and maintaining good routines.
I would like to be part of the board to help maintain and improve the cabin so that as many people as possible can benefit from it. I have good experience with cabins and understand what it takes to keep one in good condition. I also find it very satisfying to relax at a cabin where I have personally contributed to keeping everything in order.
I believe that the position of Head of Booking would be a good fit for me, as I have extensive experience in communication and have previously managed the rental of both accommodation units and equipment without any issues.
Head of Events
Helle Balhald

I would like to run for Head of Events because I enjoy organizing social activities and bringing people together. I want to help create a fun and inclusive environment through events that people look forward to and remember. I am enthusiastic, responsible, and motivated to come up with new ideas and make them happen. I see this as an exciting opportunity to contribute to the cabin committee, work with a great team, and create memorable experiences together.
Head of PR
Cecilie Mathilde Wilhelmsen

I would like to run for Head of PR for the Cabin Committee because I have previous experience with marketing and social media. I enjoy being creative and coming up with new ideas, and I believe I could contribute to promoting Kramboden in a fun and engaging way. I am motivated for the position and look forward to taking on new challenges
Student Political Committee
Bachelor Representative
Sofia Jia Ren

I am running for Bachelor Representative because I want to make sure that the voice of bachelor students is clearly heard in the development of our programmes at NHH. As your representative, I want to be a strong spokesperson for your needs, both academically and socially, and help make everyday student life more relevant, inclusive, and engaging.
I bring three years of experience from the Student Political Committee (SPU), where I have served as class representative in my 1st, 2nd, and now 3rd year. I currently also serve as the first representative for the Centre for Ethics and Society Economics.
One achievement I am especially proud of is contributing to the BØA first-year renovation, where we restructured RET1 into RET1A (5 ECTS) and KOM1 (2.5 ECTS), with the latter focusing on communication and AI. That experience showed me how student voices can genuinely shape our programmes.
I am structured, reliable, and committed to strengthening communication between students and the administration. And I hope to earn your trust to continue this work.
Master Representative
Gøril Aas Johannessen

I am applying for the position as Master Representative because I want to ensure that our voices are heard in the decisions that shape our everyday life at NHH.
Joining SPU has shown me everything that is great about NHHS. There are so many students working hard to create an engaging student life, which has motivated me to get more involved! After attending a MØA reference group, I got a good sense of what the role involves and wanted to apply.
Decision-making processes always involve different opinions and interests, and NHH is no exception. But it is our daily life that is affected, making it especially important that our voices are heard. In order to represent my fellow students well and understand what they think, I would try to be visible and ask around.
I also enjoy organizing events, so coordinating the Master Students’ Prize for Outstanding Contribution and the Master’s Mingling is just a plus.
The role is both an important responsibility and a great learning opportunity, and I would do my absolute best to do it well.
Welfare Policy Officer / Vice-President
Lukas Kampesveen

Dear students,
This fall’s election I am running as Welfare Policy Representative. When I started NHH this year I quickly gained an interest and engagement in students politics, and I am highly motivated to continue the work which has already begun. Therefore I want to take on the responsibility of making sure that our voices at NHH is well represented and well heard in the welfare parliament.
Even though I started NHH only this year, I have four years of working with political organizations and parties under my belt. I hope to put my previous experiences to good use to ensure that our interests at NHH are taken care of when improving student life in Bergen. With solid input from the Student Political Committee and hopefully suggestions from other students throughout the year, I feel confident that together the NHHS delegation are going to do a great job for all NHH students. I would be grateful for your confidence.
Good luck voting!
NHHS delegate to the Welfare Parliament
Ingrid Fatnes

I am running for a position as a delegate to the Welfare Parliament because I am passionate about community engagement and making a positive difference. Ever since I was young, I have cared deeply about the world around me and have never been afraid to speak up for what I believe in. Through various roles in youth councils and youth politics, I have gained valuable experience and learned a great deal about representing others. These experiences have strengthened my ability to voice opinions, listen to different perspectives, and find solutions that take a range of needs and viewpoints into account. They have also shown me the importance of collaboration and how much can be achieved when people work together towards a common goal. I enjoy taking responsibility, working with others, and representing the interests of those around me.
As a delegate, I hope to be a strong voice for students and contribute to decisions that enhance both student welfare and everyday student life in Bergen. I am highly motivated and eager to help ensure that all students in Bergen have the best possible student experience.
