Candidates
The NHH-Board
Female Representative
Cinta Jacobsen
Greetings fellow NHH students,
My name is Cinta (pronounced Chinta), and I am excited to run for the position as the female student representative on the NHH Board!
I am currently in my third year of the bachelor’s program and will begin my master’s at NHH this coming autumn. Throughout my time here, I have been an engaged student in many ways – working part-time as a student ambassador and research assistant, and proudly contributing to the establishment of FremHenne at NHH. Now, I am eager to give back to both the students and the school through this important role.
If elected, my passion projects would be:
• Strengthening communication between students and decision-makers
• Promoting career-relevant opportunities, such as recognizing internships as part of the academic progress
• Advocating for the issues that matter most to the broader student body
I aim to be a representative who is approachable, visible, and trustworthy. Lastly, I am always available for a chat if you see me in the hallways.
Warm regards,
Cinta
Jenny Kvamme
My name is Jenny Kvamme, I’m in my third year at NHH and a big fan of both NHH and NHHS. That’s why I’m really excited to run as the female student representative for the NHH Board! I’ve previously been involved in Karrieredagene, NU, Symposiet, and Sangria – and now I’m ready to take my engagement one step further.
The NHH Board makes important decisions that affect the entire school, which is exactly why it’s so important that we, as students, have a clear voice in those discussions. With major changes coming to the board, we now have a unique opportunity to help shape the direction ahead and highlight the issues that matter to us.
Among other things, I will work to:
• Make sure students feel seen and heard – both academically and personally
• Ensure that BEDS students have a clear voice in the board
• Give mental health the attention it deserves, with better visibility of current resources and space to develop new ones
• Get more and better study spaces than what we have today
The goal is to make sure student feedback is not only heard but followed up and turned into real action. I’m ready to listen, be available, and represent all students at NHH.
If you have any questions or just want to chat, feel free to send me a message at 913 31 830.
You can vote on Canvas (under “Topics”) from Monday, April 7 (after the presentations) until Wednesday, April 9 at 12:00.
I hope you’ll give me your vote for the NHH Board!
Male Representatives
Kim Alexander Antonsen
Being the student representative on the NHH Board means representing you, the student body, on a board that makes influential decisions on behalf of us all. Sometimes it can feel like there is a great distance between us, the students, and the administration. I’ve noticed that many students feel like they aren’t being listened to, our needs are not met. I myself have experienced these great distances with the admissions office, and the misaligned incentives between us students and the administration are too prevalent.
I believe that we all should have a clear voice and a right to influence the policies that govern our school. This is no easy feat to achieve, but I believe that we together might get a step closer, and we’ll make this school a little better along the way.
Some of you might know me, for everyone else I’d love to get to know you. I believe that I can be a representative that promotes the interests of all the students, and I would be honored to present you all on the NHH Board.
Erik Benjamin Sollie
I want to apply for this role to put more focus on inclusion and acceptance. It might be obvious, but I am under the perception that not everyone needs to wear a cardigan and have the same hairstyle. Come as you are.
I want everyone to have a place at school where they feel included and at home.
I want emphasis on student welfare, physical and psychological health. Especially psychological health, our school is not immune to the struggles of everyday life.
Among other things I want to look at:
More study spaces
Clearer course description for BEDS
Mandatory online recordings of courses
And I am also very open to suggestions from you.
Cheers,
Erik B. Sollie (Beanie(Bønna))
Jakob Lie Tønnesen
My name is Jakob Lie Tønnesen, and I am a second-year student at NHH. Like many others, I am actively involved in the student association, with experience in Symp, BC, Uken, and Svæveru’, as well as a brief period in Case Club. :)
The NHH Board is responsible for strategy development, resource allocation, and performance oversight. I intend to support students’ interests and take responsibility for voicing student thoughts. I have experience in similar board roles, having served on the Youth Council in Bærum, my home county, and the Board at Sandvika High School, as well as holding positions such as student council president, revue director, and secretary-general in high school.
One of my key priorities is ensuring that the new rectorate builds a strong relationship with NHHS, as I believe this is essential for the student association—regardless of who sits on the board. I also want to secure the best possible foundation for a potential BEDS master’s program without compromising BØA/MØA. Additionally, I am committed to improving accessibility and support at NHH so that all students, regardless of their background, have equal opportunities to thrive.
Bergen Challenge
Blokk: Medley
We are Medley – a group of 8 dedicated students running for the board of Bergen Challenge 2026. Several of us have helped organize the event before, both in small and bigger roles. Through this, we’ve gained valuable insight into how much the event means for the community, for sports, and for all of NHHS. We’ve felt the energy at the arenas, the pride after successful events, and the joy of being part of something bigger. Now, we want to help shape it from the beginning.
In Medley, we aim to combine structure and strategy with creativity and autonomy. Our ambition is to further develop Studentlekene Bergen into a sustainable and inclusive sports festival where both participants and volunteers experience a strong sense of quality and belonging. It should be easy to contribute, easy to feel at home, and easy to have fun. We want to create a space where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued, whether you’re a volunteer, co-organizer, or participant. A close and solid collaboration with NSI will also be key to strengthening SLB’s role as a national arena for sports and culture. With clear responsibilities, strong collaboration, and shared passion, we’re ready to carry the torch forward. Our goal is for SLB 2026 to be more than just a big event, we want it to become a memory for life.
Leader
Astrid Hilland Lærum
After being part of SLB in 2022 and 2024, I have learned a lot about what makes the event work and what can make it even better. Now, I want to be part of shaping it from the beginning.
I am running for leader because I care about making SLB a place where people feel included, seen, and proud to be involved. Good structure matters, but so does creating a safe and motivating space for both participants and volunteers. I want to lead in a way that is clear, calm and present, and help make SLB feel just as fun and meaningful behind the scenes as it does on the surface.
Head of Finance
Robin Hansen
I would like to run for the position of Head of Finance in Bergen Challenge. During my time in NHHS, I have gained valuable experience in financial budgeting and accounting through my role as Deputy Leader and Head of Finance in NHHS Regnskapsgruppen. This experience has sparked a strong interest and motivation to take on greater responsibility. I’ve been inspired by the spirit of involvement and unity within BC, and it has made me eager to become part of the Bergen Challenge from the beginning. As Head of Finance, I will do my best to plan and lead the budgeting rounds, be a reliable and available resource, and allocate funds in a way that generates student welfare and contributes to the overall success of Bergen Challenge.
Head of PR
Lina Christiansen
I would like to run for the position of Head of PR in Bergen Challenge. Through my involvement in NHHS, I have gained experience in leadership, communication, and creative marketing – as Leader of NHHI Volleyball Damer, Head of Finance of K7 Minutter, and part of the social media team for UKEN26.
I am motivated by the opportunity to boost the visibility of Bergen Challenge and make SLB26 an event that students across the country are excited about. As Head of PR, I aim to strengthen collaboration with student sports teams, build a strong and recognizable brand, and create engaging content before, during, and after the event.
I will be a strategic, creative, and committed team player, ready to make Bergen Challenge bigger and more visible than ever before.
Head of Sports
Sanna Tvilde Afdal
My name is Sanna, and I would like to run for the position of Head of Sports in Bergen Challenge. Through my involvement in both NHHI and NHHS, I have experienced the strong sense of community and joy that student sports and student organizations can offer.
I also felt this sense of belonging during BC24, where I contributed as an organizer and participated as an athlete. Experiencing Bergen Challenge from both perspectives was incredibly rewarding and gave me a strong sense of belonging and engagement. This experience is a key part of my motivation to contribute to Bergen Challenge once again – this time with responsibility from the very beginning. I wish to carry forward everything positive that I experienced myself and help create memorable moments for both volunteers and participants.
As Head of Sports, I aim to further unite the BC arena around Åsane Arena, enhance the volunteer experience through clear follow-up and a strong social community, and further develop “Idrett for Alle” to include even more participants.
Head of HR
Eir Kjeøy
I’m applying for the HR position in Bergen Challenge. During the previous edition of BC, I truly got a taste for this organization, especially the HR department. At the time, I was a group leader, which gave me energy, joy, and great friendships. I would love to be part of it again, this time with more responsibility. I want to help build a community characterized by openness, inclusion, and engagement, and of course, I’ll make sure we have the very best events, vibes and office snacks. Above all, I want to be a safe and approachable person that members of the organization can turn to if they ever need anything.
Head of Corporate Relations
Vegard Strand
I am running for the position as Head of Corporate Relations in Bergen Challenge. Through the years I have been fortunate enough to be a part of big projects such as the Career Days and NHH AID. These opportunities have taught me the value of working with others to realize our goals and be a part of something fun and exciting. This has given me the taste for something bigger, where I will have the opportunity to contribute and shape the project from the beginning. It is also important for me to be a role model for new students, and share my experiences, so that they can be fortunate enough to experience projects like BC. As the Head of Marketing I have the great responsibility of providing critical funds for BC, and I strongly believe that with my dedication to NHHS and past experiences, I will be the right person for this position.
Head of Cultural Events
Eirik Rudjord Lorentzen
In 2024, I had the pleasure of being a group leader during the Student Games in Bergen. This chance led to many incredible friendships and experiences. It truly left me wanting more.
That is why this year, I would like to run for the Head of Cultural Events for next year’s Student games. My goal is to innovate and build upon last year’s fantastic cultural offerings, together with great teammates. Being able to shape both daytime and evening events is really something I look forward to do. Additionally, I want to have a greater focus on low-threshold activities, both for volunteers and participants. Through this, I hope to create a vibrant social environment and make everyone feel welcome.
Together with the world’s best team, I am ready to create a cultural experience like no other!
Head of Logistics
Joakim Sætre Breivik
I am excited about the opportunity to run for Head of Logistics for Bergen Challenge. Through my time at NHHS, I have seen firsthand how essential logistics is in creating smooth and memorable events. I am motivated by the challenge of making complex systems run efficiently and believe that well-structured logistics is key to ensuring the best possible experience for both participants and volunteers.
With a structured mindset and a focus on problem-solving, I want to contribute to a well-coordinated and sustainable Bergen Challenge. My goal is to streamline logistics operations, optimize resource management, and minimize waste, all while keeping sustainability at the core of our decisions. Most importantly, I want to build a strong and motivated logistics team that works together to make BC26 an unforgettable event.
The Club and Culture Committee
Blokk: BARberry
BARberry 2025 are running for the KKU board because we share a common goal: to bring Kjelleren back to the vibrant social hub it once was. Kjelleren shouldn’t just be a venue for big events, we want it to thrive on weekdays, after lectures, and on weekends. A low threshold space where students can catch up, grab a beer, see familiar faces, and build the kind of community that makes student life special.
At the same time, we’re committed to preserving the strong traditions that make Kjelleren unique. We want to honor the dedication of previous boards, while also thinking fresh and making the club even more appealing and relevant to today’s students.
We believe in strong collaboration, within the board and with other student groups. Together, we can create an even better offering for everyone who loves Kjelleren, whether you’re part of KKU, helping out behind the bar, a frequent guest, or someone who just drops by now and then.
We’re a block with diverse experience, shared passion, and a genuine desire to contribute. Now we’re hoping for the chance to build on what Kjelleren already is, and help shape what it can become.
Leader
Johanne Stefanussen Flo
Ever since I started at NHH, Kjelleren has been an important place for me, somewhere I’ve found a sense of belonging, made new friends, and created countless great memories. I’m running for Leader of KKU because I care deeply about Kjelleren and everything it represents for the student community. After seeing how much effort goes into it, and how much joy it brings, I want to take responsibility for making sure that continues, and ideally, grows even stronger. As leader, I want to be a reliable support for the rest of the board, ensuring strong collaboration, clear structure, and steady progress. I believe in open communication, space for new ideas, and making it fun to be part of the team. Kjelleren runs on passion, and that’s exactly what I want to contribute, every single day.
I hope to be a part of shaping the next chapter of KKU, and to do my part in making sure Kjelleren continues to be the gathering place we all know and love.
Financial Manager
Sander Øgrim Berg
For over two generations, “Kjelleren” has been one of NHH students’ most important gathering places for extracurricular activities. This is where memories are made, and perhaps forgotten – but most importantly, “Kjelleren” is our sanctuary. As the financial manager, I will ensure that memories continue to be created in “Kjelleren” for generations to come by maintaining good financial management. I aim to ensure transparent and sensible allocation of our resources, as well as streamline and simplify the invoicing of alcohol orders. Additionally, I will continue the work of reducing unnecessary costs and losses, both externally and internally within KKU. In summary, as the financial manager, I will uphold and improve upon the financial structure and clarity from previous leadership so that “Kjelleren” can continue to bring joy to Bergen’s students for many years to come.
Bar Manager
Trym Marinius Hagen
I have now been a part of KKU since my first semester. I was placed in the Bar group, where I’ve had the pleasure of working with two amazing bar managers who have shown me how important «Klubben» and the basement are to the students. This has inspired me to run for the position of bar manager. In this role, I aim to improve the selection of drinks at student-friendly prices. To achieve this, I will maintain a strong dialogue with Hansa, the students, interest groups, subcommittees, and basement groups. I will also keep a close eye on NHHS’s beverage inventory, which will help reduce waste.
Key issues:
• Reduce waste
• Continue and improve the strong collaboration with students for drink ordering and distribution
• Maintain good control of the inventory
Personnel Manager
Hedda Marie Borkmo
As the personnel manager, I aim to continue improving the utkom system by streamlining shift schedules and ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to participate. My goal is for the shifts to not only function well organizationally but also be a positive and social experience. In particular, I want first-year students to have a great first impression of the kjeller, as the utkom shift is often their first encounter with the student community here.
To enhance the experience for everyone, I will focus on ensuring sufficient staffing so that shifts are less stressful and more enjoyable. At the same time, I will work internally within KKU to create a schedule that is both clear and flexible, making it easier to swap shifts when needed. Effective communication is key, and I will ensure that shift information is shared in a way that encourages people to participate.
Key Priorities:
Creating a positive and inclusive experience for first-year students through the utkom shift.
Developing a clear and user-friendly shift schedule that makes it easy to sign up and swap shifts when necessary.
Ensuring proper staffing and communication so that shifts become a social and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Venue Manager
Lars Ulrik Heiberg Johansen
As the cellar manager for KKU, my goal is to do my best to maintain the cellar as an attractive hub for students at NHH. I aim to contribute to this by ensuring to replace/fix equipment where needed, in addition to making sure that the quality of the technical equipment is up to par at all times. Future members will also receive training on and about the most essential equipment. I will also continue working on minimal unfinished tasks from previous Cellar Managers.
Core Issues:
– Maintenance and improvement of the technical equipment in the cellar. This will, for example, involve ensuring that the sound system is always properly connected.
– Always maintaining the technical equipment in the cellar to the necessary standard.
– Completing the cloakroom system in the cellar.
– Trying to demolish the light wall, then replacing it with a suitable alternative.
– Contributing/supporting the process of renovating fUken.
PR Manager
Halvor Nord Meland
Throughout my first two years at school, I have experienced the importance of the student association for the students at NHH, which is the reason why I am running for PR manager.
I want to make sure as many students as possible hear about and get excited about the events the committee organizes. This means creating engaging content for social media, collaborating with other student groups, and coming up with creative ways to promote what we do. I aim to boost visibility and increase student engagement.
Key issues:
– Building a strong and engaging presence through PR and marketing
– Keeping good communication with students and other committees
– Boosting attendance and excitement for our events
Event Coordinator
Miriam Bore
A new term is upon us, and it’s time again to create memorable evenings in “Klubben”! As event manager, I want to continue and improve the good traditions that “Klubben” offers. Everyone should feel included and welcome to participate in all events!
I want “Klubben” to be a low-threshold offer for all students during small and large events, where the aim is to create a more inclusive environment. Therefore, among other things, I want to continue and expand the collaboration with “Avbrekk”, where we have previously offered waffle-making during the
exam period to all NHH students. In addition to this, I want to raise awareness of the booking options and ensure that this happens in an efficient way. I will do this through good cooperation with the PR manager and by regularly following up on inquiries
Student Political Committee
Leader
Johanne-Marie Haanes
I am eager to become the leader of SPU because I am passionate about advocating for student interests and ensuring our voices are heard by the school’s leadership. Last semester, I had the privilege of serving on the board as Sosialansvarlig, where I focused on strengthening our internal environment and building a cohesive group dynamic.
Leading SPU involves both supporting our members and establishing a strong culture following the merger of SPU and SUN. I am committed to continuing the work of creating a better social environment and building an inclusive and resilient committee.
With experience representing student opinions in both LMU and UU, along with close collaboration with StudPol, I feel well-prepared to lead SPU forward. My goal is to ensure that we are involved in key decisions and that our interests are always prioritized.
I have a deep passion for SPU, and I am excited about the opportunity to contribute as its leader in the coming year.
Head of International Cooperation
Sibora Tefa
I think I would be a great representative as the Head of International Cooperation, not only because of my international background, but also by having been a member of the Student Political Committee for the past three years and having active positions in the group. I have experience in both planning of events (as finance and event leader), and with ENGAGE EU from SPU’s past educational trips to fellow ENGAGE universities. I really enjoy working in international and multi-cultural environments, and am both motivated and would love to participate in such a role.
Stafettkomiteen NHHS
Blokk: Runners High
We in Runners High are happy to announce our candidacy to the board of Stafettkomiteen 25/26.
The training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays have for a long time been among the weekly highlights for all of us. There, we have got both close friends, a huge social network, good workouts and important breaks from the performance pressure that in a large extent characterizes the everyday life. We want to contribute to let a bigger share of the NHH students get to sense the freedom, togetherness, endorphins, and joy of running that we have experienced during Stafkom-sessions.
With Runners High as the board, every student at NHH who likes to run will meet a training offer that suits them – whether they are looking to socialize, improve their running performances, or just need a little push to overcome the infamous “doorstep mile”. We believe we can do this by emphasizing promotion and the flow of information, in addition to continuing the long and strong traditions of Stafettkomiteen. This essentially entails weekly training sessions – occasionally followed by a joint meal, BDO Bergensstafetten (relay in Bergen), and a bunch of qualification races towards what also this year will be the biggest highlight of the spring: Bergensbaneløpet (the relay between Oslo and Bergen).
We are very motivated to work with strengthening what we consider to be one of NHHS’s most important values: an open and “low-threshold” community.
Vote for Runners High, tie your running shoes, and meet up outside the aula!
Head of Stafettkomiteen
Håvard Klakegg
Stafkom was on my mind even before I started at NHH, and I had already heard it was an amazing group. During my first week of the first semester, I joined a Stafkom session and was welcomed with open arms by a cheerful and inclusive group. The open, weekly running sessions were not only a great training arena, but also a unique social meeting place for all students – Perfect, if you ask me!
In my first year at NHH, I served as head of information on the Stafkom board – an experience that truly sparked my enthusiasm. It has given me strong motivation to run for the position of leader in Stafkom. I am deeply committed to continuing the great opportunities that the relay committee offers, as well as creating an arena that fosters unity, new connections and most importantly; the joy of running. Together with the team at Runners High, I want to contribute to a positive student environment where everyone feels included and experiences a sense of achievement. Last but not least, in my opinion, “Bergensbaneløpet” is one of the most fun experiences a student can have, and I would love the chance to once again make BBL the “Spring´s Craziest Adventure”.
Head of Finance / Deputy head of Stafettkomiteen
Isak Gjerde
I wish to contribute in developing the inclusive environment that Stafettkomiteen is known for. Stafkom is a group that focuses on inclusiveness and openness for all contributors, and it would be a personal privilege to contribute to this cohesion. I am motivated and feel passionate about taking on the role as the head of finance. Among many motivating factors, I really appreciate the fact that the funds we manage are used for the whole group, without any prerequisites in terms of qualification. In my opinion, Stafkom has over several years succeeded when it comes to integrating exchange students. This contributes to the diversity that I value highly. If I am elected, I am committed to continue this work. It is important to us that everyone feels welcomed to our training sessions, regardless of whether you are an experienced runner or you are looking for an arena to make new friends. Therefore I wish to work towards an even greater community, so that more students familiarize themselves with the group and get to know the values we cherish.
Head of Marketing
Emilie Flote
When I first arrived at NHH, I could count the number of runs I had completed over the past year on one hand, and within two weeks at school, that number had doubled. Stafkom and the wonderful people I’ve met every week at training are owed a great part of that credit. The training sessions are not about who runs the fastest, but is an arena where you can combine a good workout, a good conversation, and often a much-needed break from school.
This is an environment I am passionate about carrying forward, and I hope I get the opportunity to contribute that little extra which creates this inclusive culture through next year’s board position. As the head of marketing, I aim to ensure that Stafkom and BBL have the resources they need to maintain the great offers throughout the year, including training sessions, snacks after training , evening meals, events, and of course during the springs craziest adventure: BBL.
Head of Training
Oda Brodtkorb
The weekly running sessions with a sporty and diverse group of NHH students constitutes some of the things that I value the most with my Bergen experience so far. I quickly felt like “home” in the Stafkom group, and I also felt a kind of pride over being part of it.
I am very happy to get the opportunity to be part of the Stafettkomitéen board, and thus gain greater ownership. As “Head of training, I would have made sure to facilitate that everyone gets their desires covered when joining the sessions. They will be of high quality in terms of sports, regardless of level, and still constitute an important social arena that brings together a wide range of students at the school.
Among my motivational factors is achieving a higher rate of girls meeting up for the sessions, and I hope that a female “Head of training” may stimulate this. I want more girls to experience the low threshold, the diversity and the joy that is created across academic year, sex, nationality and other social affiliation at NHH!
Head of Track
Mathias Fivelstad
Stafkom offers something that stands out from many other offers at the school. An open environment where anyone can show up and connect with fellow students in the best possible way, through a shared interest in physical activity. This creates the foundation for what I’ve personally experienced as an incredibly positive and welcoming community. And it’s exactly this environment I want to help carry forward.
After having made the most of many of the opportunities Stafkom provides, I feel it’s only right to give something back. As Head of Track, I’ll make sure that one of the highlights of the year is carried out in a safe and well-organized way. I want all runners to feel confident and have the best possible experience at BBL2026. I also want to continue building the strong training culture and inclusive atmosphere around Stafkom, by making sure all new and returning runners feel welcome, regardless of ambition or level.
Head of Internal Affairs
Viktor Jørnsen
Stafkom is more than just weekly training sessions – it is a community filled with unity, open arms and friendly smiles. I remember well the fall of 2022, when I had the opportunity to become part of this beautiful environment. Since then, Stafkom has been a big part of my student life, and now I want to contribute further as “head of internal affairs”.
Through my position as this year’s “head of marketing” at Stafkom, I have experienced how much commitment and joy there are in the group, and I want to work to ensure that even more people can take part in this. As the “head of internal affairs”, I want to ensure that Stafkom is an arena where everyone is welcome, regardless of level and ambition. It should be a place where both new and experienced runners find joy in training, but also a place where we can gather socially, have fun and build friendships that last long. I look forward to work together with the rest of the group in Runners High.
Head of Event
Sigrid Rusten Torsvik
Ever since I got to know StafKom, I have been impressed by the open and inclusive environment in the group. I especially appreciate that everyone is welcome, regardless of their level or background. This is something I value and would like to be a part of.
Sports have been a big part of my life and have had a significant impact on me, both through the sport itself and the friendships I have formed. At NHH, I have really enjoyed being part of the sports teams, and I know that this can play a major role in the overall student experience. To ensure that even more people can have the same positive experiences, good planning and organization are essential. I would love to contribute to this!
Therefore, I am submitting my candidacy as Head of Event, responsible for planning the concluding banquet of Bergensbaneløpet. I think it would be incredibly fun to be involved in planning and organizing a fantastic conclusion to the race, ensuring that all participants have a memorable experience.
I hope to have the opportunity to get involved in StafKom in the coming year!
