Booking of resources

Vaktkorpset (VK)

All events with more than 50 participants where alcohol is consumed, or sale of alcohol are obliged to involve VK.

Email is to be sent to vk.leder@nhhs.no CC: intern@nhhs.no. 

Remeber to specify:

  • Date
  • The room(s) you intend to use
  • The subcomitee/interest group(s) you represent
  • The type of event
  • Approximate number of guests
  • Start and end
  • Contact person with phone number
  • If it is supposed to be an open or closed event
  • If it is supposed to be open for students outside of NHH

Booking VK must be done at least 3 weeks in advance.

Teknisk Gruppe (TG)

TG delivers sound and light show at events as well as administrating lending out the equipment for sound and light.

For all events in the Aula, Campus or outside NHH where there is a need for sound, and/or light gear, contat tg.leder@nhhs.no. The request should state when and where the event is planned, which technical sound – and lighting equipment is needed, as well as all other relevant information (the program and time, number of microphones, rehersals, band set-up, and so on). If you are in need of a scene this should also be mentioned. Setting up the scene is your own responsibility. Get in touch if there are questions. Booking must be done at least 1 month before the event is to be held.

Booking simple lighting where there is no need for a light technician, contact tg.lys@nhhs.no. A request must be sent at least 1 week before the event. Include date, interest group/subcomittee and contact person with phone number in the request.

Booking a partyrack and simple speakers where there is no need for sound technician, contact tg.lyd@nhhs.no. A request must be sent at least 1 week before the event. Include date, interest group/subcomittee and contact person with phone number in the request.

Booking of scene elements should be sent to tg.scene@nhhs.no. A request must be sent at least 1 week before the event. Include date, interest group/subcomittee and contact person with phone number in the request.

Note that handing in rented equipment will be fined by NOK 1000.

To loan a canvas, video and stream, please contact K7 Minutter, for sound in the auditoriums at NHH, please contact TA.

K7 Minutter

K7 Minutter delivers video production and administrate the lending of video technical equipment for the student union.

Booking a projector and screen is done through through k7.log@nhhs.no.

Redaksjonssaker sendes til k7.prod@nhhs.no, med navn på kontaktperson med mail og telefonnummer og hvilket underutvalg/interessegruppe dette er til. Man trenger også en beskrivelse av prosjektet og deadline.

Events in the Aula, like conferances, concerts etc. where you want to make use of a screen, projector or cameras, send the request with contact person, a description of the event, times, rehersals and documents to k7.av@nhhs.no.

Booking must be done 1 month in advance for events in the Aula, and 3 weeks ahead for a projector.

Campus, Klubben, fUKEN og Bagatellen

Booking of the rooms in Kjelleren.

Send an email to kku.kultur@nhhs.no AND intern@nhhs.no.

The email should specify:

  • Date
  • Group
  • Number of attendees
  • Beginning and end of event
  • If you plan to “krysse” drinks or need KKU in the bar
  • Contact person with phone number
  • If Bagatallen; specify the purpose

Party

To book a party in Kjelleren, offices or other rooms at the school send an application to intern@nhhs.no. If you wish to have a afterparty this must also be applied for.

Conferance room

A conferance room can be booked through Google Calendar in NHHS G-suite.

Open the calender and choose a conferance room at “Add rooms or location”. Contact intern@nhhs.no if you have any questions.

Grafisk NHHS

Grafisk NHHS can be booked to help design logos, flyers, roll-ups and more.

Foto NHHS

Foto NHHS can be booked to help take group photos, portrait photos, photos at events and more.

Services from Foto NHHS can be booked by sending an email to foto.oppdrag@nhhs.no.

Kramboden

NHHSs’ cabin.

The maximum capacity of the cabin is about 100, but it is also possible to bring samller groups. For booking or questions, please contact booking.hyttes@nhhs.no or info.hyttes@nhhs.no.

iZettle

Bank terminal

When selling tickets or other services for NHHS, the sales must be registered in a cash register. NHHS has 3 iZettle bank terminals that can be lent out to groups that are in need of this.

Booking an iZettle can be done by sending an email to oko@nhhs.no

Stands

Stands in Speilsalen.

Send an email to intern@nhhs.no including where, when, for who, contact person and if there is a need for chairs/tables.

Rules for stands i Speilsalen:

  • No making of food. Including pancakes and waffles
  • No hanging of posters etc. on the mirror
