The organizational secretary is the Executive Board and NHHS’ helping hand, and is located in the office next to the Executive Board.

Org.sek has a 70% position and has an open office between 09.30 and 13.30. In addition to assisting KS in the day-to-day operations, org.sek helps subcommittees / interest groups and other students with the following:

• Booking of auditoriums, group rooms, auditorium, staff canteen and student canteen
• Certificates for positions of trust
• Receipt of applications and reports in connection with funds
• Stamping of posters and distribution of language stickers to be hung in designated places
• Extradition and possibly booking keys for available rooms
• Delivery of copy paper to subcommittees / interest groups
• Access to various NHHS rooms
• Member lists
• Lost’n found
• Post distribution
