How the NHHS works

Underutvalg are necessary groups for the union to be able to maintain its high level of activity. Groups like the Teknisk Gruppe, (Who manage the lighting and sound system in the Aula and Campus scene), or Næringslivsutvalget (Who arrange corporate presentations at the school among other things) are examples of these. They are directly connected to the NHHS and Kjernestyret judicially and financially. Without these groups, the NHHS would not function. 

Interessegruppene are more loosely tied to the NHHS, partially through the fact that they run their own economy. Every group has their own activity that they focus on. There are several song and dance groups in the basement, some groups focus on more serious topics like conferences and the school curriculum, while others are groups for different sports activities. Every group takes up new members each semester.  

At this point there are interessgrupper for most things, but there is always something that is lacking. Any student can found a new group, but to be accepted into the NHHS, it needs to be approved at the Foreningsmøte. Contact the Executive Board of the NHHS for more information about this.
